Why are crooks allowed to trade?

Paid £7 for a burnt croissant and an americano. When the lid was removed an oily thin liquid was revealed that smelt and looked vaguely like dishwater. Disgusting ripoff. It was obvious the employee was not “highly” motivated. No wonder there was no rush hour queue! Avoid, not a great “Nescafé” start to your day!

Loyal Customer since befoe Pandemic but obviously my money is not good enough.
Went to Pumpkin who not only accepted the legal tender but their coffee reminded me of how much Gourmet's has gone down hill the past few months

At 71 and well traveled

At 71 and well traveled, I have had a lot of coffee from a lot of companies and countries. The roast master here is very good. He knows how to pull out the distinct origin flavors. Their dark roast doesn't have that "generic" dark roast flavor, the coffees still have some of their origin overtones. And with his medium roasts successfully gets the different notes of the different origins to come out. It is a good coffee at a fair price.

Worst ever

I use a LOT of coffees during the year, and host a LOT of coffee tastings. This is the WORST coffee ever. No taste like the label- ie coconut cream - just tasted like weak coffee - no coconut flavor at all. I even host Turkish coffee tastings. This coffee is not worth the price.

BAD as of July 2020 do not order here…

BAD as of July 2020 do not order here there is zero customer service. part of my order was missing, i sent 3 emails and called and left a message - no reply. a couple days later I received a huge order with a packing list that showed it was meant to go to someone else who paid $245 for it - i started trying to reach them again (3more emails) no replies. I have tried their facebook chat - no access to anyone. i have tried to call and you get put on hold saying you are #3 in line and then when you are NEXT in line you get disconnected automatically (this happened twice in a row so I know it was not an error - they have shut down to receive any messages) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY or you might get your order - you might not - you might get someone else's order and guess what - NO WAY TO RESOLVE IT WITH THEM!

If you want average-quality coffee

If you want average-quality coffee, for a very good price, this is for you. I've tried their Guatemala coffee, their New Guinea coffee, and one other one, and none of them are close to world-class quality. The other two are weedy--inferior beans. But the Guatemala is better, though it's atypical-it has minty and nutty notes that are different from most other high-end Guat coffees, but at least the beans are higher quality than the other two.
Coming from the 'coffee mecca' of Portland OR, I'd suggest you try coffees from Trailhead Coffee, or Walla Walla Coffee Roasters, or Luckman Coffee in Woodland WA--those are all quality coffees. But they're more expensive.

Good Tea

I tried some samples of Tea from this company for the first time, they were very good, I really enjoyed them. As a tea lover I always like to try new flavors whenever I can... I recommend you try some from this company. If anyone has tried there coffee let me know if it as good as there teas!!!
