FIRST order; LAST order!

I ordered from GoPuff for the first time through DoorDash. The delivery appeared to be on time, but then the status changed to “completed” even though no one had come to my house. I had been standing in the front yard waiting for the delivery. I believe the only reason my issue was handled expeditiously is because of their (GoPuff’s) partnership with Door Dash.
Judging by the other reviews I’ve read about GoPuff reliability, I avoided an unnecessary headache.
I have seen many expensive looking commercials for this service, however they’re not trustworthy.
No Thanks!

They should spend less on those commercials and more on logistics and customer service. There are too many other options to get what I need in a pinch.

I was working as a driver

I was working as a driver. I accepted the order in app and within 30 seconds I was at the parcel collection point. The order wasn't ready, so I waited 5 maybe 10 mins. Then I safely wrapped the 35kg parcel for a while longer. But by then, a pressing text message had arrived, saying I was delaying delivery, etc. The following week, all I got was an email about my account being blocked, without the contractually agreed notice period. Sometimes we encounter psychopaths/narcissists in life. This company is a like a psychopath. DON'T WORK WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL ONLY LOSE!!!

GOPUFF IS DATAFARMING WITHOUT CONSENT

I just applied to be a delivery driver from their website which clearly indicated North Phoenix was available and open.

So here's the GOPUFF-GAME:

They tell you a location is open; they get you to apply to then be waitlisted! That's not what I consented. I gave my private personal information including SS## because there was a job opening not to be wait listed. It be more ethical if they openly said "all locations are only available for waitlisting" or "apply to be placed on a waitlist".

I asked for my account to be deleted. I value my personal information to be stored with competent entities. Besides, I don't want to work for a company that already plays games. I was told my "ticket would be escalated". Lol

There's NEVER a manager available with these companies!

The worst company to work for. Do not waste your time. Thank to god I have a career. Just work for them for extra money. They treat the employees with no respect of pay and they don’t care. Please don’t apply with this company

Steal your info and your money

They charged me $78 out of the blue when I do not live in a delivery zone and had not ordered in nearly a year. When I contacted support they refused to refund me and kept saying a special team would be reaching out. The team never did and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Sketchy and untrustworthy. If you have an account make sure you delete your payment and close the account. They also sell your data to all sorts of data brokers. They need to go out of business.

I would rate my first experience with…

I would rate my first experience with them as 0 stars if I could. I was sick so my boyfriend sent me a care package. He didn’t need to do this of course but sent me beer along with it. I never had any contact with any person nor did I see any driver at the estimated time as I was there and available for my delivery. He received an email stating that his order was cancelled due to “invalid ID” and that his $65 order is non refundable due to this. They straight up robbed him and refused to help him get his money back. Not sure how it would be considered an invalid ID when no one even came. I just moved to this area and was excited to learn that gopuff was available in my area. Especially as someone born and raised around the Philly area and it being a Philly founded company, I am more than disappointed to find it lets down its customers in such a way. DoorDash and other companies have been far more helpful with getting refunds and such. Straight robbery. Would highly recommended not using.

ANOTHER screwed up order by GO Puff

Over half of the time I ordered from GO Puff SOMETHING is wrong... I placed a order tonight at 11:35ish the app said my order would be delivered within 33 minutes. Around midnight I received a text stating the delivery was on the way and driver has 1 stop before arriving to me.
Then 5 minutes later another texts says they are starting to pack order . It's almost 12:40 and still no order . The only reason I ever ordered is because they are open till 12:30 .
This will be my last order , I'm deleting the app. , and start shopping elsewhere.
It's sad because even though it's not the delivery person's fault , it cost them tip money for sure...

I have been using gopuff and paying fam…

I have been using gopuff and paying fam membership for a few years. I ordered a delivery of food and cigarettes, the food arrived and the cigarettes were missing and was refused a refund as they said the cigarettes were scanned out also my account now seems to be blocked. This has now happened 3 times with cigarettes, i think the drivers must be taking them. I had to go through my bank to get my refund. Thieving company AVOID

Don’t give GoPuff your money…

Everytime I’ve order from Gopuff here lately something is missing in my order. I don’t order frozen food anymore because most likely it would be thawed by the time it gets to me. In in Virginia it the law that if your delivering food that it must be sealed but do you think Gopuff abide these laws?? No they don’t. But the reason that I’m leaving this review tonite is because I had 10 missing items from my order.. 10!!!! Like they didn’t even try!!! Customer only offered a refund after having to wait 30 mins to be connected. Their customer service, quality of food and overall experience has gone down tremendously since they been in Richmond, Virginia. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. DoorDash or Instacart is the better option.

I would like to sincerely thank…

I would like to sincerely thank Mohammed Shabir for his dedication, hard work, and thoughtfulness. He personally called me, delivered the chocolates safely, and was so considerate knowing that my mother is elderly and unable to go out. Honestly, he went above and beyond in every way. Words truly fall short when describing someone with such sincerity and devotion.

Thank you Gopuff for employing people like Mohammed.
We need more people like him with his hardworking.

Says delivered but it wasn't and chat support saying I gave them pin which didn't happen!!! No support!! No checking anything out!! Even asked driver to give description of me and I'll send ID to prove he didn't deliver but they didn't care!! Do not use!!! Robbers!!!

I finally cancelled my ‘fam’ account…

I finally cancelled my ‘fam’ account today. I had 6 packs of watermelon delivered that were ALL inedible - and a pack of stirfry that went off the day before. The service is very convenient, but their rising costs and lack of customer service (good luck talking to a person!) worries me. I’m voting with my feet...

Didn’t even want to give 1 star. Groceries supposed to be delivered by 3pm. Tracking kept saying out for delivery and delivery delayed. Had ordered via Amazon platform. They cannot contact GoPuff drivers or track delivery. In the end no groceries. I will never order via GoPuff again and as a result of the poor support that Amazon could provide I will not be ordering through them again either. It was the most appalling and inadequate service. Do not use.

I used to use this every week

I used to use this every week

as the mother of disabled children it's really hard to me to go out and get shopping so I did a weekly delivery, this often had issues with mouldy food and their customer service is awful but this week they accidentally doubled my order, charged me for it twice and then refused to refund me as the driver had already left it at my door, I've spent 2 hours arguing with the customer support manager about a refund, but apparently it's my fault so now my bills are going to bounce because of a technical issue with the app and they honestly couldn't care less. Shame on them and I've cancelled my membership, informed the local newspaper for a little story and told all those id introduced to the app to not bother with it.

My courier stole from me and Gopuff did nothing to help. “Items were packed scanned and delivered” alcohol was stolen from my bag. This is not a company who I trust if they employ thieves and do not reprimand them. Do not use this company. The customer service is awful !

Comically bad Avoid

A company of liars, you order but it always takes at least double if not treble the amount of time stated. Have upgraded my account in the past and it was just as bad.
Good concept bad in practise could not recommend less. Many other options out there give these jokers a wide berth.

They are thieves

They are thieves. They sneak in an exorbitant tip of their own deciding on the app and then refuse to remove it. So anyway, I wasted my time with their stupid online chat box customer service who is of zero help at all because they don’t have anyone you can actually call, only to be told no they cannot remove the tip that they put on the order themselves. So now I will dispute the entire charge with my bank bc F them. Also, they have sent me frozen Yasso Greek yogurt bars twice now that were completely melted and then refrozen. They were bad. So they don’t take care of the food products they bring to you either. Another time right after I placed the order I realized it was going to be delivered to an old address and they refused to change the address even though I had just placed the order and suggested that I drive to the old address and pick up the order myself which WHAT?!?!!! Never again.

OMG!

Why did my family and I spend just over an hour using multiple valid cash methods only to keep getting a payment error problem.

Totally crazy and a complete waste of time.

Then I looked up the reviews, which indicated many customer frustrations, and honestly I didn't even want to read any more comments!

I just went back to GoPuff and deleted everything on the account.

"GO PUFF....CAN GO"!
