Found some walking trousers on the sale rack . Changing room opened up for me by helpful staff and at check out Sabrina dealt with my purchase in a cheerful and efficient manager and advised of a further £20 price reduction. What’s not to like!

I would definitely recommend the Wolverhampton store. Dealt with a chap called JJ who had a wealth of knowledge. Great customer services, showed me an amazing lace up technique for my hiking boots, as well as honoured a price match from another online retailer. Great experience.

Shopped here for many years and always had an extremey pleasant experience. Had to return an item today, not a good experience as the checkout operative was surly, and sullen. Not what i have cone to expect.

What can I say, a lovely Montane windproof reduced down to £65 from £120! And not only that, free delivery to my local branch of Go Outdoors, which took only two days. Collection was easy, the staff were polite and overall I had an amazing experience. On a side note the online experience was great too, as my Go Outdoors membership card is now linked to my online account, thanks to Liz.

Great knowledge and help given by the young lady working in the walking boots section . With a smile as well . Person serving me was also helpful. Great service all round.

When l visited yesterday, all the staff were helpful in looking for shoe size, ensuring l had a changing room and also on the till when l had to renew my card. It is £5 for 12 months to join as a member and receive the discount, but it is quickly recuperated by the savings. The place is clean and tidy and from experience. l can say that the after service when returning an item is also done in a very polite and fair manner.

A mixed experience- went in store to look at some decent walking boots but the only time I saw staff was as I walked out. So no advice given.
However, having purchased online (with a discount code), when I went to collect in store, staff were cheerful and helpful about boot care and additional products.

So much choice! JJ was extremely knowledgeable on all the brands and knew exactly how to help me find what I was looking for. Sabrina was lovely and helped me get a membership and check out.

A really very great store, although due to my cerebral palsy, I have much difficulties in purchasing footwear overall, but there was a really very young girl who actually did care and given me the most exceptional service provided!! 🥰 🤩👌 x

Decided to return to camping after 20 years so i went to Go Outdoors Wolverhampton. I needed everything, I asked for help and a very nice guy called Ade stayed with me giving me sound advice on every item, going to the till I was served by Abiy, another very pleasant and helpful assistant, she certainly knew how to treat a customer.
