Amazing experience today at go outdoors Tamworth. James was great, went back and fourth way too many times as I was choosing! Was the most hospital member I’ve staff I’ve ever met anywhere. For someone who didn’t know the difference between shoes and boots, he was a fountain of knowledge!
Alan was also excellent and friendly.

Great experience
Great experience, both myself and husband went to look for two lightweight waterproof winter jackets. Lots of choice, great service - I would have scored 5* but sadly the purple Peter Storm jacket that I purchased has left a purple stain all down the front of my jumper! This is not Go Outdoors fault but I felt you need to be aware. The coat does not give details of colour transfer or that it should be washed before wearing. Am hoping the colour comes out of my jumper.

Greeted on getting to footwear dept, and offered help if I needed it by Alam ... excellent customer service, polite and friendly. Used the store a few times and always pleased with goods and service. Would recommend.
