Enjoyable and successful shopping trip

I had done some research on my Rab ladies parka coat but I couldn’t find it so I was approached by Milton he could see I was struggling he found what I was looking for also he was really helpful looking for some waterproof trousers He was really helpful very good customer service Lisa was also helpful finding our old membership card and renewing our address

Had a great experience today looking for a mountain hiking backpack. I was debating between three packs and Hazel the assistant was so helpful explaining all the features of each pack and how to get the right fit to help me decide, her knowledge was invaluable. Thanks Hazel you gave me fab service.

Goods arrived very quickly and the item was perfect just what my partner wanted

Brilliant service by Helen. Not pushy at all but helped me to choose the product that was right for me. She even did an online search to price match it and so saved me an extra £30. I definitely recommend Go Outdoors Sheffield for great customer service.

Decent gear, reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they knew where everything we wanted was. There were enough staff around to answer questions and then check us out quickly when we were ready to go.

Alex ( bike technician) went beyond my expectations when maintaining my new e-bike - checked details of spokes with manufacturers and resolved situation for safety & assurance. Really appreciated the effort and support. Thanks Alex

Brilliant store - always helpful, well informed staff and a great selection of everything you need to get outside! Lisa on checkout was particularly helpful, informing me as a Scout leader I get an extra 15% off - nobody in our club knew about it!

It was my first visit and I was very impressed, the store was well organised and had a good selection of clothing, footwear, camping and fishing gear for all budgets.
What really stood out for me was the customer service, the staff members that helped me, Raf, Nicole and Abby were friendly, patient and genuinely knowledgeable, they took time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed.
I also signed up to the membership which is a no brainer to make the most of their discount prices, the whole process was quick and smooth.
I will definitely be going back.
