Yet another great experience from the staff at this store thank you once again to Philipa who went above and beyond ,giving great advice when showing us the sleeping bags , thank you to jack who was very helpful and guided my husband and I find the most suitable footwear ,thank you also to Andrea who has helped us previously when we purchased a tent a couple of years ago and that’s one of the reasons we keep coming back !!! , Barry and Dave R also showed great customer service being very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for this store , infact as we were walking into the store I overheard a couple commenting on how helpful the gentleman at the till who served them was !!!! If the company gives out annual awards the Kidderminster branch is in my opinion the best by far

Visited the Kidderminster store today and all of the staff I spoke to were really friendly and helpful, especially Barry, Phil and Andrea who all went that extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed. Would definitely recommend visiting them for all your outdoor needs.

My wife and I were looking for a cool box/fridge for the car and we could not have received better, more professional and friendly service from Barry.
He was everything that any organisation could wish for in providing the highest levels of customer service.

Andrea and Jas served me and my son today and they were absolutely phenomenal! My son is neurodivergent so talks a lot about Pokémon and they allowed him to do so while also helping us get everything we need! Will always pick this location over any other to come to!

Amy in the Naylors section was brilliant today. She was really knowledgable and helped give us accurate information around body protectors and boots. It was great to have someone who really knew the kit and was able to talk us through the kit really clearly. Thank you so much!

Very helpful staff with a good knowledge of the Scarpa footwear. I have bought the Scarpa Crux 2 GTX Walking shoes, mainly for day to day general use plus Scarpa Cyrus 2 Mid GTX hiking boots. These replaced my Berghaus boots which did give very long service but after 15 years the soles started to disintegrate.

I went looking for some quality walking boots they had a great selection that varied in price.
I was assisted by angie she was great very helpful and informative she helped me pick the perfect boots for me.
The Kidderminster store has lots of selection , overall a great store.

Today we went to purchase horse riding hats for our two daughters. We were served by Tracy who was professional, patient and friendly. She helped us find the best fits for them both and tried many different options on for them. Nothing was too much rouble and she was happy to giggle along with them too. Would highly recommend seeing Tracy for fittings to anyone!

Went to buy some walking boots, Angie was more than helpful. Very good service. Colin

What a ray of light Tracy was on the naylors section! She helped us with everything we needed and also made my daughter spend all my money so now I can only eat rice and drink water for the next 4 weeks.
Great shop also on the go outdoors side, got everything you need and more, plus a discount card gets you quite a lot off the retail price,
Ps Tracy would like a pay rise or bonus if possible. Hahaha

Andrea was very helpful made purchasing my 6 year old sons new walking boots so much easier.

Was helped to choose boots by Amy. She was very helpful for pur specific needs great advice even showed us an alternative way to lace up the boots which made a big difference. Thank you

Great knowledge of the product range and great aftersales service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable man at the till called Dave Robert's.
He was happy to give advice on fishing to my son.
This is now his favourite shop for fishing tackle.
