I've a had a great experience in choosing and deciding which one to purchase for my fishing equipment bacause ofthe go outdoor staff called IGOR. Alex, the bike tech at the Exeter store, fixed a puncture on my bike on the spot - and also fixed a couple of other problems he spotted at the same time. Really pleased - above and beyond what I expected and very happy not to have to push my bike all the way home!
