Delivery very good. Excellent with arranging returns. The socks I bought are very comfortable. The Merrell goretex size 9.5 have come up rather small but are very waterproof.

Cher and Tom were absolutely amazing in helping us exchange a damaged delivery. Not only did they seem genuinely happy to help, they went out of their way to ensure the price we paid online (sale item) was honoured during the exchange although the sale had ended. They made what could have been an annoying experience so easy and stress free when many wouldn't have!
