Not perfect to locate places. I had an interview in Hermanvänsgatan 13. But Google maps shows a different location. I recommend other apps to avoid lateness.

I have bought a Google Pixel 7 PRO After a couple of weeks of using it, the volume key fell off. I reached out to Comviq since I was in Greece at the point I wasn't able to hand it over, so I got back to them when I returned to Stockholm and they suggested that they send it to their authorized service center. but I wasn't ready to repair so I contacted Google and they have agreed to replace the unit for me with a refurbished one which was fine as long as this unit works.

A couple of weeks later, the same issue happened again , so I reached out to Google. They suggested replacing it again with another refurbished unit which was not acceptable taking into account the epidemic issue for this model and the same model replacement might not resolve the issue and a lot of people had raised the same concern on Google Community where the blog was eventually closed:

After a very long communication, I gave up and sent the phone to get another refurbished phone.
Such approach reflects on how profit and policy oriented google is without giving the slightest consideration to what the customer goes through from trying to arrange a phone, to the hustle to backup the data, setting up BankID and other related apps, to send the phone for service and receive it again and going through the setup process again and again.!
I had the phone for less than 6 month, out of which I used for less than 2 month, replaced twice, and I presume it's not the last time I am sending it unless I sell it and buying something worth the money spent.

To sum it up I can confidently say that this is the most pathetic experience I have ever had and probably I will ever have!!

I don't recommend buying Google Phones at all, buy another brand that respects its customers and is not just thirsty for making money by selling low-quality product and providing cheap after-sale support.

works incredibly well but unfortunately Google has the same problem as all other technology companies that completely lack help for their customers when something doesn't work. Currently, I have been trying to get my google my business account verified for 1 year and have not yet succeeded and there is no other help than automated AI robots. at first I didn't think people dared to admit that they work for google or meta as many are frustrated and have their lives ruined by these companies but today I have understood that there are no one who works for these companies so I wish the owners all the luck

Google is evil. Worse and worse year after year. Products don't work, support is terrible, company can't be trusted. Endless theft of your time, money and patience.
