I subscribed to Gemini believing it was a standalone service. At no point was it made clear that the billing would be processed under Google One.

I was aware that I needed to cancel within the appropriate timeframe. However, I could not identify where or how to cancel. The interface is confusing and does not clearly show that the Gemini subscription is managed through Google One. I actively looked for the cancellation option but could not find it in a clear or straightforward way.

I only understood what had happened when my credit card statement arrived. The charge appeared as Google One, which is when I realized that Gemini was linked to it. After that, I accessed Google One and was finally able to cancel.

I believe this charge is unfair due to the lack of transparency and the difficulty in locating the correct cancellation path. The connection between Gemini and Google One should be clearly disclosed, and the cancellation process should be direct and easy to find.

I request a refund of the amount charged and clearer communication regarding how these subscriptions are structured.
