Great Course
SRE Course is great. It helped to understand SRE tools and the foundation of SRE concepts. It also helped me to understand SRE comparison with other tools and frameworks.

Great course and layout
Great course and layout. One negative aspect is the constant added background music to the speaker/lecturer. There is no need for music in the back. It gets very tiring after a while and actually slows the learning process. In a regular lecture, there wouldn't be any music playing in the background while the lecturer is speaking. Why add it to your videos?

Our company takes customer feedback very seriously, and the background music no longer features in the courses we produced this year.
We removed background music from all of our courses at the start of the year for this reason.
Unfortunately, all 2019 courses still have music, since it requires a lot of resources to remove it from the existing courses.

ITIL CDS Recommended
Well organized with a good combination of reading, videos, quizzes, interactive slides, and practice exams. My main objective was to pass the exam and I feel like I gained more by reading real case studies and listening to an expert speaker. Reasonable price for the quality and the exam re-sit feature.

Great platform for proffesional career development
