I have new hope

Yuli, Bar, Joe, Freeda, everyone at GBI, and BBW, especially Mari. I had won a Valentino lippie from a giveaway. I am disabled and don’t have much money, but I purchased a few things bc I wanted to start selling. I had always wanted a Valentino lipstick, but could never afford it. They was giving them as their giveaway that day. I finally won one, but it didn’t come with my order. I told Mari my story and the reason why the lippie meant so much to me. I didn’t receive my one lippie. I received 72!!! I started crying when I received it bc I had started selling, but can’t get the good stuff to sell so I was about to give up. I have new hope now. If I can sell some of these I can get more “good” stuff and not stuff I can’t even sell for $1. I just boxed up my items last night bc I was done. I will sell some of these on other platforms to get me some money to invest in more high end items like nakery. I love Nakery and it helps with my pain. So if I can get that and advertise how much it helps, I can be a real seller on whatnot. I love all of you guys, and you have all helped me in your own way. Yuli I’ve seen you help so many people so these bad reviews break my heart. Just know, that their are us in the world that appreciate you, and all you do. Love, and God Bless, your #1 fan! Oh yea, and I’ll be keeping 1 lol.

I will not shop from them again

Do yourself a favor and find another wholesaler! Absolutely no customer service not even a reply, some items sent were used and some in awful condition pretty much not re sellable! No matter how cool and funny the owners maybe we are all here to do business and they are way behind on the level they need to be as a wholesaler!

Happy customer thus far

I am new to the reselling business and have placed a handful of orders, only via Whatnot thus far. Each order has been correct and shipped within a very reasonable timeframe. They have multiple streaming channels on that platform and I have noticed shipping within GBI has been more expedient than it has on their Beauty Blitz channel (more end consumer oriented) but I have spent upwards of $5k over the last 3-4 months and haven’t run into any issues with delayed, damaged, or incorrect product.

Can’t express how much they have…

Can’t express how much they have changed my business. The credibility of their products has allowed us to scale in this live streaming space. With over 100k items sold and growing community we would highly recommend buying for a trusted source such as Goodbye Inventory.

Excellent product and LOVE GBI

Excellent product with shipping with care. They definitely care about the customers who purchase and their products with the way the package to be mailed. Took a little while to receive but the USPS decided to play a game with package! Would give 10 stars if I could! Definitely be back!

⭐️ 1 star — $1,072 “Business Tier” box: label created, no movement, ignored for days, and forced chargeback


UPDATE: 2/25/26: A member from Goodbye Inventory has personally reached out via telephone for assistance and a resolution, will update once order is completely fulfilled.

February 11, my partner purchased Goodbye Inventory’s subscription Business Tier “$1,000 Starter Box” for me (total $1,072). Within minutes, a UPS label was generated, so I assumed the order was being packed and would ship shortly.

That label ended up being the only “progress” I ever saw. The shipment remained stuck at “label created” with no movement and no proactive updates.

Documented timeline (so there’s no dispute about what happened)
• Feb 16: I emailed politely requesting an order status and expected ship timeline due to no movement. No response.
• Feb 18: Follow-up email. No response.
• Feb 19: Third email—now close to a week with no updates. No response.
• Feb 20: Fourth email reiterating it had been over a week with no communication and I needed a status update ASAP. No response.
• Feb 22: After being ignored for days, I emailed stating I felt scammed due to the lack of communication and that I was beginning the process of a credit card chargeback for product not received + non-communication.

Only after mentioning a chargeback did I receive any reply — from Bar (Inventory Manager) apologizing and asking for my phone number to “follow up and come to a conclusion.” I provided my number on Feb 22, then sent it again to ensure it wasn’t missed, and followed up again that evening.

Feb 23: Still no call, no meaningful resolution, and no shipment movement.

I exhausted every channel

I did not jump straight to a dispute. I gave multiple opportunities to fix this privately. I reached out through:
• Multiple emails
• Facebook message to Yuli (owner) and to the Goodbye Inventory business page
• Whatnot messages to the Goodbye Inventory account and directly to Bar
I even joined lives trying to get someone to check messages and was ignored. BeautyBlitz replied saying they had “no control,” but Goodbye Inventory still did not follow through.

Additional cancellations with zero explanation (pattern matters)

After placing the initial order, I also subscribed to a $250 reseller box (advertised value $1K) and ordered a Revlon cosmetics mixed box — both were canceled with no explanation or real follow-up. This isn’t just one mistake; it reflects a pattern of poor communication and customer handling.

Forced into a chargeback

By Feb 23, after documenting everything (emails, messages, shipping status) and receiving no resolution, I opened a credit card chargeback. Their website also went down during this, which made it even harder to manage/cancel subscription billing.

Why this is unacceptable

Delays happen. acklogs happen. Inventory issues happen. But what’s not acceptable is:
• Taking $1,072 and going silent
• Creating a label that sits with no movement
• Ignoring repeated outreach for days
• Only responding once a chargeback is mentioned
• Asking for a phone number and promising follow-up — then not calling
• Canceling additional orders with zero explanation

Accountability request: Goodbye Inventory, respond publicly with written confirmation of the resolution (refund/chargeback outcome) and written confirmation my subscription/autodelivery is canceled so there are no further charges.

I urge others to research carefully before spending serious money here — because if something goes wrong, you may be left chasing responses across multiple platforms.

Fraudulent Business

I never leave reviews but the total lack of respect I have recieved from this company has forced me to do so. They do not care in any respect about your business. They will lie, they will say they gave the order to UPS when they haven’t done so. They will send you automated return emails from India at 3 am to ANY inquiry regarding an order. They do not answer phone calls. They are scammers who need to be sued into oblivion, probably should be thrown in jail. Out thousands of dollars due to these scammers, and I gave them more time than I should have. Order placed at the end of October and I sit here on February 4th with nothing. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY. Remember this review, do not make the mistake I did.

BUYER BEAWARE-THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The reviews speak for themselves. Shipments paid for but not received or received a month after marked as shipped. Shipments being marked as fulfilled but never given to UPS. Items sold but unavailable. Items expired or broken. Difficulty contacting customer service. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! They are not trustworthy, not reliable, not accountable. DON’T DO IT.

I was skeptical as well- but 3 orders…

I was skeptical as well- but 3 orders later - I will be placing another. Rome wasn’t built in a day with customer service- try to give them 24-48 hours to reply- it takes them a bit, yes, but they will respond.

I truly have had great items show, to be honest I ordered one item - received another that I didn’t order - but was happy - the one I received was more expensive and sold out! But they would have fixed - if I would have told-

Don't gamble your money with this store. Bad service.

Placed 4 orders in total.
First order - They didn't have the product. had to make a change. Items arrived ok.
Second order - items unavalable, refunded lost a 3 weeks on this
Third order - Items unavailable, refund took a long time a month was lost
fourth and last order - wrong items received. Customer service just stopped answering my mails, didnt get a refund or anything for that matter. They just didn't care.

Don't risk your money. They don't actually carry what they list and don't care if you get what you order. Horrible service and i have to say i was veeery patient and tried to fix issues until they didn't care to take responsability. Now i have to make up for the money i lost in this store.
