I ordered two dresses in May and only received one. I contacted them one week later, and they assured me that they would ship the missing dress. However, after seven months, I have yet to receive either the dress or a refund, and I have not received any response from their customer service.

The fact that the payment wouldn’t go through because I live in Europe and I had to contact my friend in the US to order for me was not the biggest issue. My order was cancelled by GB and the money was returned to the account. However, a few hours later they took the exact same amount of money from the account, which didn’t even show on the account log meaning that the charges cannot be disputed. I’ve lost 214 dollars which in my country is a lot of money. No one responds to emails, phone calls or social media messages. I emailed the co-founders of the company and hopefully they’ll do something about the issue. If GB staff is reading this, please contact me so we can sort this out.

Placed order 6/6/23 and still have not received any updates on my order 4 months later! Still no shipping information even though my credit card was charged. I tried contacting them to receive an update but never received a response.

Placed an order on 6/19, its now 8/23 and it still hasn't even shipped. I've tried emailing them 4 times, tried calling their customer service number (which isn't even active,) tried messaging them on FB, and on IG. The only place I actually got a response was my instagram, and it might only be because I have a large following. They never actually responded when I messaged them back though. I'm disputing the charge with my bank today and can hopefully get my money back that way.

I reordered from them because i never previously had an issue with shipping. I’ve been waiting about 3 months with no updates and only a reply saying give us _ business days and we’ll have a tracking number for you this has happened about 3 times with no actual updates or confirmation i wish i would have read the reviews before i placed my order save your money and shop elsewhere

Purchased some black cargo pants that I waited for over 6 months to finally restock my size, ordered them in February and still haven’t sent them and it’s March… stopped responding to me after the 4th email asking for an estimated date of shipment :/

Ordered 2 cargos from here. Been 4 weeks already. Keep telling me that it gonna ship "soon". Nah bruh you betta send me a free pair. I'm takin my business elsewhere, ain't no way it's taking this long & I have to constantly contact them about my own order that's late BC OF THEM. Very unprofessional & no reassurance. SMH. Shying from China get here faster lol

Horrible experience. They are not honest with how long shipping takes at all. Then when you contact them they beat around the bush and give fragmented information on what is coming when. They’re super inconsistent and unprofessional. If you want to receive your clothes within a reasonable timeframe, purchase them literally from anywhere else. I’ve had better experiences with brand such as Cider, Nasty Gal, and PrettyLittleThing. Recommending them instead.

Ordered a pair of cargos before I saw the reviews. I emailed them a few weeks ago with the assurance that the pants would ship soon. Still haven’t seen any shipping email, and it’s been a month since I emailed. I cancelled my order today, we’ll see how long it takes for them to issue a refund.

Overall a bad experience with this company. I placed my order over 2 months ago and never received it with no updates on shipping, so I requested a cancellation/refund. They said they issued the refund OVER a month ago, and still nothing! I haven’t received it and I reached out and have gotten no response. A big waste of money, don’t bother ordering.

Terrible store, Its been 5 weeks since I’ve ordered 2 cargo pants, i messaged them and the only thing they did was ask for my order number then left it at that. Terrible costumer service and a waste of money, BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! They are still processing my order after a MONTH.

Such horrible quality, I was so upset. Everything I ordered came from different brands in different packages, each one worse than the other. I ordered a pair of gloves that look and feel like I got them from party city. I ordered a bag that looked nice but is literally made of FELT. Everything feels and looks terrible. Nothing like the website. DO NOT ORDER. Waste of money.

I ordered 2 pairs of cargo pants and it took 2 months for them to ship them out. Aside from terrible customer service as well, they only sent 1 pair of pants.

This is doodoo water. All the 5 star reviews are payed actors. Honestly, i waited 2 months and my package didn't come at all. I ordered two pairs of the cargo pants and didn't even see a thread of them. I asked for a refund and they said wait for 5-7 days and that was just utter rubbish it came in two weeks. Not a problem if they said it in the first place. And they text like they done a pack of xanax, anyway, if you want to loose money please purchase here.

Ordered 1 item on 9/21/21, a week goes by and I emailed customer service asking when it might ship. Was given a vague response that didn’t answer anything. Another week goes by, still no shipping confirmation but my card has been charged for the item. Annoyed and suspicious I Googled reviews and found ones with similar issues. I disputed the charge with Paypal and emailed Goodbye Bread directly that I wanted to cancel my order, which they did.

One of the worst experiences ive had with a company i ordered over $100 worth of clothes and havent recieved any of it!!!!! i have called emailed and messaged and they just leave me unanswered as soon as they see my tracking number. they refuse to give me a refund and now i have to dispute it with the bank. please do not buy here. theyll just take your money

I swear do not listen to these good reviews, I ordered a pair of cargo pants from here in july and it's September, and I still haven't gotten a shipped message, they took my money and made me pay for a super dumb shipping cost and they still use the covid excuse, emailed them and no response. Garbage place please please do not order from them
