Not replying to emails and worried about my order

Yes, UK, people in other countries also order from the UK. You have not replied to any of my emails about the Missoni Luanda rug. So far I have emailed three different addresses across two days and still not heard back???

Just a telephone enquiry however Claudia responded very quicky and was super helpful. Will definitely visit when next in London.

Only really found GoModern in the process of sourcing a rug that is not stocked / sold by many retailers as it is higher end and from a premium company MissoniHome. GoModern not only have the standard sized rugs but can offer bespoke sizes (though of course this in reality will be a Missoni service but great that GoModern are willing to broker the Missoni bespoke service). Order efficiency was great. My only gripe is that after ordering and paying I received an email telling me the lead time for the rug was 5-6 months - I think I may well have thought twice about the purchase had this been made known ahead of purchase, even though from past experience there is always a lead time with (Italian) furniture and here I had factored in 10-12 weeks, but not up-to 24 weeks. However in the end several weeks later had a happy notification that the rug was going to be delivered 10-11 weeks after ordering which I was very pleased about. And the delivery process was seamless. I was concerned about DHL being able to manage a heavy rug as single handed delivery but contact with GoModern and to DHL were supportive and encouraged recontact if matters had not gone to plan. All was very successful and the rug was delivered without a hitch. And the rug is glorious.

We took delivery of a beautiful glass table from go modern furniture after ordering in the showroom with Ricardo. There was a small issue with the table which meant it needed replacing. Ricardo organise that with minimum disruption to ourselves. Would recommend using them for great customer service.

Ricardo is the best! I’ve always wanted a dream walk in custom wardrobe and Ricardo made that happen super easily. I decided to walk in randomly to see the store, and we ended up designing a mock up in about 1 hour. Meanwhile, other companies took weeks to even just reply to my email.

We’ve used Go Modern to furnish multiple rooms at our house. They have a deep catalog of brands (lots of well priced Italian manufacturers as well as upscale brands such as Porada) and the team is very good at guiding to the right balance of value and quality. We’ve worked with Boyana for over an year and have always received top service and advice - can only recommend. We’ve also used their installation services and never had issues.
