I ordered a pair of jeans - not a good fit for me. I've contacted the customer services and someone replied to me in less than 24 hours and gave me all the informations. I've returned the package and I've received the money in my account, both for the cost of the jeans and for the cost of delivery. I had no problem with Gomez and the jeans was the original T. Hilfinger ones. A trustworthy company. I will order again from them. They don't have a phone number for customer services, but I've sent them an email twice and all the time someone replied to me in a polite manner. Thank you! 🙂
I ordered an ancestry dna kit (obviously brand new) from eBay. Kit was fake bc the validation code was invalid. When I tried reaching out, their account was inactive. Definitely a scammer

I contacted them for a replacement, but instead of solving the issue, they want me to cover the return shipping costs, even though they sent me a defective product. No customer support, ignoring messages, and completely unprofessional service! Avoid buying from them if you don’t want to risk your money!”
Horrible experience. I guess if you just ordering stuff and know exactly your size and the fit of things, they may be alright. If you order and something is a wrong fit and you wanted it returned, you are in for a treat. Horrible customer service, they lie on their website, you can not return it by yourself with any courier carrier. They have no details in the website as to how the return is made, and when I called, customer service, I had to wait for 30 minutes and then they told me that the website is wrong that pick ups are not allowed, that there is only one way for returns and one courier. And the major treat!! You have to go wait in line and pay yourself!! All the major international brands, just do courier pick ups at home and they deduct the amount they want from the return amount. This is horrific. We do not live in 1990 still.
This bogus company is most definitely a scam and they will definitely take your money and you will never receive what you thought you ordered. Their phone number is out of service and emails come back undeliverable and tracking information is invalid. This needs to stop!!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Gomez Shop regarding my recent order. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly with their support team, I am left frustrated and without my purchase.
!!! Undelivered Order: I never received my order.
!!! Invalid Tracking Number: The tracking number provided by Gomez Shop (DHL tracking number: 28933474336) is invalid according to the DHL website. I shared this information along with proof (a screenshot) with their team.
!!! Poor Customer Support: Their response was unhelpful, stating that the complaint window with DHL (7 days after delivery) has expired. As a customer, I expect the seller to ensure the delivery of my order, and Gomez Shop has failed to take responsibility or offer a solution.
I urge Gomez Shop to improve their service and take customer concerns seriously. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.

They work with a courier company called Packeta. I gave my product to the courier to return it as they wanted, but they did not receive my package and the package is going back and forth. They are doing everything they can not to refund the money. It is a cheap company. I definitely do not recommend it.

This website sells original products, i purchased 1 week ago a pair of shoes from karl and they arrived today intact, without any damage and i’m very greartful with my purchase although some other customers say it takes a lot to come, i think 1 week is alright for that quality and good price they’re selling the products.

Totally not serious about the return, in the first phase I received an e-mail in which they told me that the package arrived empty at them. Later, although they have been telling me for a week that they have returned the amount, the money has not entered the account and they no longer respond to messages. I do not recommend! You must complain to the authorities!
Initially I was very nervous because of the very bad reviews that I've read online but I needed my coat to be delivered. On this website, I found the best price for it. The package came in nine working days in Romania. I am very happy with my purchase the package was intact and the coat the puffer was exactly as it was described on the website it's Guess Asia puffer.
I will never try to buy again from them. I tried to purchase a bag and my payment has been declined twice. They took from my bank account the amounts for 2 transactions even if they rejected the payments and after that, they reimbursed less than what I was supposed to get, and I am not talking about the bank fees. On the other hand, I chose to pay in GBP and they processed everything in RON. I contacted them by email, as no telephone number, and the gentleman wasn’t helpful at all. When I asked him why the transactions have been made in RON he didn’t even answer to my question and replied that the bank took my money and I should contact the bank. I also contacted the Polish company Przelewy24 through which they do the payments (which they say is secure - for me doesn’t seem so) and also didn’t help at all, they were not even able to understand what I was explaining in English. That being said, I feel that I have been stolen in a subtle way and nobody is liable for that.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and didn’t get anything back from them. The order doesn’t appear under my account, I didn’t get any emails as it is shipped, nor when it will be shipped, but my bank account was charged right the way. *** I sent them 2 emails and my problem was solved, it was something wrong with my address & the delivery company couldn’t do it. I got the shoes, I’m happy with my purchase.
