Extremely poor management!!!!
Earlier this week, I travelled from East London with my elderly parents for two hours in traffic to go to Golfbidder. Before I made my way, I checked their opening times and google showed me they close at 5pm. Halfway there, I saw that the closing times was updated to 4pm. I called them to check and when I did, they confirmed they are open till 5pm.
A few minutes later, I got a call back from them telling me they have trainings and are closing the shop at 4pm instead. I requested if they could keep it open for half hour more because we are travelling a long way to get there. They said YES SURE, come along.
We reach the store exactly at 4:05pm and the shutters are down. We knock, no response. We call the line again and it goes to the switchboard who tell us, they are still open, go around to the other entrance. We go in a circle, same door, no response. We call the number again and no response.
If I could, I would give them negative stars. If they could not keep the shop open, they could have told us NO and saved us the travel (atleast 3 hours out of 4 that we were on the road!!!).
Extremely poor management.

On the day of your visit, we had staff training scheduled, which meant we needed to close earlier than our usual opening hours. We appreciate that you called ahead, and we're sorry for the confusion caused by the mixed messages regarding our closing time.
After reviewing the situation, the shop remained open until approximately 4:15pm to allow extra time for your arrival. Unfortunately, nobody arrived just after 4:00pm, and the team closed shortly afterwards to begin the training.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback. We'll be reviewing our communication around temporary changes to our opening hours to help prevent this from happening again. Regards, GB

Changing my whole bag to Senior shafted clubs.
Changing my whole bag to Senior shafted clubs , made much easier by excellent service from Golfbidder.
Ordered 4 new clubs all arrived within a week and in great condition.
Gave me a fair price for some of mine and all way through excellent customer service.
Delivery was great and as usual they send you a postage label to send your clubs to them and a return label with the clubs you buy.
Used them before and wouldn't look anywhere else.
Highly recommend.

Check the refund period
I have been a regular customer of Golfbidder for many years, since they started with a small shop in Raynes park.inn the 1980s. I have invariably received good service. I noticed recently that their trial period for purchases had increased from 7 to 60 days - very welcome and very generous. However, having made some fairly large purchases recently, I noticed that the commitment to “60 day refund“ listed on the landing page of their website, is not all that it seems. Digging a little deeper I find that the refund refers to up to a 30 day limit, whilst returns in days 31-60 entitle the customer to a CREDIT NOTE, not a full refund. This is still pretty generous, but the headline “60 day refund’ should ideally include some reference to the difference between a refund and a credit note. Certainly something that customers should be made aware when they complete a purchase.

Very straight forward
Very straight forward. Fill in a form given a price send it off and the agreed money paid into your account. Both times I have used them i have been offered a much better deal from them than their leading competitor. Also vert easy to contact by phone where you always talk to a very friendly person. Would highly recommend.
