My Order No.000029349 Placed on 26/12/2023 and Cancelled within 01 Hour only.
When I approached to Gold Zone Customer care for refund of money, they told me 10% will be deducted from the money. I asked them, even without doing anything, not processing the order or anything and I am cancelling within one hour !! They said this is our Policy, this is the Bank charges they deduct from us, 10% Bank will deduct from us. So I am very surprised to hear that.
We are placing Online orders everywhere but this is my first experience, in the name of their Policy they can deduct anything ? How come ? They can write anything in their policy and we are responsible to loose our money without any reason ?

Goldzone is your average company. Nothing really special or extraordinary about them. The gold jewelry designs are common and ordinary and super lightweight so the price is appropriate. I ordered once because theres this particular common design I wanna own. It was good. I have to mention tho that they have a terrible customer service. That whatsapp messaging staff they have was awful . Zero customer empathy, rude, impolite and fails to comprehend basic inquiry. I think my first and last order. Never again. I discovered far more better online shops after ordering from them and having to deal with that unrefined customer service shame I already ordered.
