Visited the Swansea store in Swansea Market and was assisted by the delightful Meg. Sold some old jewellery which I had for almost 49 years but was now unwanted. With the money I received I purchased a beautiful pearl and topaz necklace really delighted with the price for the jewellery, and the discount off the new jewellery .Thank you Meg can really recommend using this company.

Took some old jewellery that belonged to my late mother-in-law to gold reserves in Swansea market on Wednesday 29th July, didnt know if it was worth anything, was served by Dawn who was very supportive and patient going through the pieces of jewellery. She whittled out the pieces that were worth anything and gave me a very good price for them. I later received a phone call from her stating she had found more gold in one of the boxes that was worth another £240 and would I come back to receive the cash, which I did and could not thank her enough for her honesty. Would definately recommend this company. Thank you again Dawn

I ordered a necklace to replace the one that had been lost . I was delighted when it arrived on time and the condition the necklace was in. It arrived in a presentation box with a silver cleaning cloth . The price was good too.

Ordered a Clogau daffodil bracelet followed by another daffodil charm. Both arrived quickly. I’m delighted with both of them. Have bought a few things from Gold Reserves and the quality is excellent. Have my eye on another Clogau charm. Lesley
