Having decided to sell my gold with Goldmonkeys I had a quick yet reassuring conversation with Michael prior to posting the package.

I was impressed with the whole process and surprised, having posted my gold on a Friday, to receive an offer via email together with a breakdown of items, weight, carat and offer together with photos of the jewellery being weighed on the Saturday. I accepted the offer and was more surprised to have the money transferred into my account on a Sunday.

I would highly recommend Goldmonkeys to anyone wishing
to sell their gold. I am grateful for their honesty and transparency about the weight, carat and value of my gold being much higher than I had anticipated.

Cannot fault my experience using The GoldMonkeys.
Day 1. Used their website to get a price for my gold and order the gold selling pack.
Day 2. Pack received. Gold placed in pack and dropped off at my local Post Office. Didn't even have to pay for the postage.
Day 3. Received email confirming receipt of gold and the same agreed price. Money paid into my bank account the very same day.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends, family and anyone reading this review.

Super impressed with this company firstly they were very friendly and helpful with answering questions which was great , but the most amazing thing is the honesty!
I was very happy with my quote but once delivered they contacted me to say the price of gold had increased and passed that bonus onto me.
It's so hard to know who to trust when selling gold as a lot do try to rip you off but if a company actually gives you more you know you're found an honest company. Highly recommend.
