Poor quality, waste of money

Purchased a set of earnings and necklace from Goldmark. The chain broke into pieces!! It is unbelievable!! If you touch it, it breaks. And since it jas a pearl attached to the chain it is conpletely useless now. I have never seen such a horrible quality even in fake jewellery. Goldmark must be ashamed of their products. It was the first and the last time I ever shopped from Gokdmark. Never again

Came on here to share my experience…

Came on here to share my experience with the customer service team and the product I had purchased I had purchased a rose gold belly bar in 2023. The first one the thread didn’t lineup so a couple months later ended up buying a second one just to find out in 2025 that I wasn’t able to sell it at a gold stand she had done some testing on it and it didn’t meet the requirements of the percentage of gold in the bar meaning it had had more copper or some other element in it ! So that took over more of the percentage than the gold…. I’ve basically paid a lot of money for a product that claims to be 9 carat rose gold when it has more of copper or some other element either It’s a faulty product or it’s a misleading advertisement for the product on their website. I am unable to sell it I’ve contacted the customer service team. I’ve given them bank statements that wasn’t enough. I rang the store south of Perth. I gave them my card details the numbers at the beginning and the end of my card matched but that wasn’t enough to give me a refund. I suggest if you ever shop here you always keep the receipt no matter how long! I have now gone to the bank to raise a dispute as I feel like it’s very unfair that I’ve spent almost $200 on a belly ring that doesn’t even meet the requirements of percentage of gold…. I suggest you stay away from any of the stores If you want to buy anything that is rose gold I’d even be cautious if you were buying gold too ! Keep the receipt & get your things tested after purchase I have now raised a dispute with my bank. They are also giving me every single transaction I have made at Gold mark, the store has made it very very difficult for me all over a refund for a product that’s claimed to be 9 carat when it is in fact not !

Frustrating

I got a pair of earrings at the closing time. My bad I didn't inspect them, they were defective. Went the very next day morning and they refused to exchange saying they don't exchange earrings. Absolute waste of money. I wont be buying there ever. Don't waste your money buying stuff from them.

Inferior Quality

I purchased a rose gold plated on Stirling silver bangle less than 18 months later and the rose gold plating is already wearing off. I contacted customer support and was informed that this is usually general wear and tear and therefore not covered under warranty. For Aus $399.00 I expected better quality. I have another gold plated bangle I have not taken off in over 10 years and it is still as new but was not purchased at Goldmark.

If I could get goldmark properties a…

If I could get goldmark properties a big fat zero I would. Anyone that's going to rent from this property better be careful because they will rip you off without you even knowing it. My son got covid-19 and they evicted him out of his apartment without notice whatsoever and decided upon themselves to throw everything important away including all his personal papers, all his clothes, a personal safe and all his work paperwork including his social security card which they stole which is against the law. I know this is true because I had a safe in the apartment and they went through it without permission and decided just to leave that one safe because they knew it was mine because they saw my name on it which is against the law for them to go through my papers and anything else I have. They blamed it on somebody else but who else would it be but them and they can't even take responsibility for what they did to him or me which is pretty darn sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend renting from Goldmark properties in Fargo, ND to my worst enemy!!!!! I'm also going to sue this property to so they better be ready!
