I like it , they pay out and is a good app to use . Only downside ( only mentioning so it's not a surprise ) you have to reach $10 to cash out. But I haven't had a single issue in the process so download the app. Lock in a earn some money.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I completed surveys, earned my $15 PayPal reward, and then the payment was cancelled/invalidated. Customer service ignores my emails and provides no proper explanation. They are happy to take your time but not honour your rewards. Avoid this app

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Golden Surveys.
I requested a 58,000 VND cash-out via MoMo. The withdrawal initially appeared as pending, but after more than 48 hours, it disappeared from my withdrawal history. I still have not received the money.
I contacted support by email but received no response. I also contacted the support bot inside the app, and it confirmed that my withdrawal had exceeded the normal 48-hour processing time and needed to be investigated. It then directed me to contact support by email.
I have provided screenshots and all the relevant information, but I am still waiting for an actual response and resolution.
I understand that payment delays can happen, but having a withdrawal disappear without receiving the payment and without receiving any response from support is not acceptable.
I hope Golden Surveys will investigate this case, process my missing 58,000 VND, and improve its customer support for users experiencing payment problems.

In the "All Rewards" section, you can see in real time how much time you have left to earn the next reward. If you feel the timer stop, you can try refreshing the game stream or checking your network connection. If you reach the end of the reward period, you won't be able to earn any more Game Time, but you can switch to another game and start earning from scratch!
You'll receive your rewards as soon as you finish, but in some exceptional cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
If you haven't been able to play for that long, it could mean we can no longer find the game on your phone. This happens if you delete the game from your device and re-download it, if you access your Game Time account from another phone, if the game was already on your phone, or if you reset your phone's Advertising ID. In these cases, you will no longer be awarded Game Time for that game.
