I purchased three pairs of socks with rhinestones when visiting Parma, and after wearing one of them once, many of the stones fell from the sock. Now, I cannot use this pair anymore and I was informed via email by customer service that they check all products and cannot do anything to help me out. This was done via an automatic/robotic answer. What a horrible service (and products)! Do not recommend them to anyone.
