The 303 fabric guard I bought first time, worked fine but did not complete the job. The second bottle had product defect (mentioend on their site) which left a white residue. I have spent hours trying to scrub this off, but it remains. I have had a full refund from Amazon, but the Gold Eagle support are ignorning me. The refund does not compensate me for having damaged a brand new parasol. AVOID.
