Ordered 6 months ago and still no sign of order. Multiple emails sent, and only response is them asking me to confirm address.

Great product, been thinning for years, try all other types of product which didn't look natural. I can't recommend this product highly enough!

As a woman, getting thinning hair during menopause was devastating, especially as my hair was thin to begin with. I found this product online after a lot of research. I use it everyday the difference to me is amazing. I am very open about the fact that I use this product and recommend to anyone who will listen. The price is good and delivery quick. I wish I could post before and after photos on here.

this is pretty mint stuff , does what you hope it does , you will need hair though,does an awesome job at covering up you blushes ;)

This is a good product if you have thinning hair. It does not take long to put the fibres on and they stay in place all day. You need to wash out at end of day to prevent transfer to pillow over night but this is not the end of world.

Hi all,just want to say this stuff is pretty decent, hair definitely looks thicker, quite impressed although shading/colour not quite right however will try a lighter shade definitely worth trying.

For a woman with thinning hair in front and top of head, I found myself thinking about it half the day, until I found Gofybr. It has turned around the feeling of hopelessness and being self-conscious about my hair. I would feel depressed each time I looked in the mirror, which I tried to avoid as much as possible because of the sadness it would bring. Once it's in, I totally forget about my hair and no longer experience how depressing it was to look in the mirror. I just feel "normal" once again. I am so grateful for the day I decided to try this product. It sounds petty to say it has made an appreciable difference in my life, but feeling "normal" once again is huge.
As for service, I have never had a problem with receiving orders in a timely fashion or with billing, or with anything for that matter.

Excellent company and product. I disagree with the negative comments here. I have been using this product for years, and their delivery has always been punctual. Of course, if you're severely balding, this product won't make much of a difference, but that's not the product's fault. It works as intended and is significantly better than other name brands I've tried.

They took my money but never sent me the product.

Delivery is very hit and miss, you can’t rely on them. Don’t even bother ordering the free sample bottle it’s never in stock and they hold back your full order with zero communication for a week after ordering if you do.

I should have checked the rating before placing an order on their website. They are scam. I placed an order for a sample which was showing for free. I then placed an order with delivery charges £4.99. Now my credit card statement shows 3 payments of £4.99. I don't know if I can do anything about it 🙁

I think the 1 star reviews are unfair but this definetly isn't a perfect product and has its flaws.

If your slightly thinned then this is ideal, start using it for a while as soon as you notice and you will definetly get the confidence boost you need! However, if your balding it will continue in most case and this product won't help you forever. Its not a permanent solution. People will notice eventually and will realise your using this product.

It also is not waterproof so if it rains your in trouble!

I also had a feeling it made me thin quicker at first but I realised that using this product just made me notice my own thinning more.

I'd recommend having this around for emergencies but that's about it

Great product, I've been using Gofybr for about 3 years now, I use the medium brown colour and it matches my hair colour really well. Other than getting an actual hair transplant, this is definitely the next best thing

Bought a comb it arrived snapped, the product just makes your hair look greasy, it’s not waterproof and does not work at all. Customer service doesn’t exists as soon as you have a problem

Need hair replacement, you’ll need more than hair replacement after dealing with these clowns! What an awful company, first off they tried to take money off me for a purchase I never made then they send me the wrong colour then try and bill me for another incorrect order! I’m completely bald with all the stress 🤣🤣 don’t touch with a barge pole

This is the worse e-commerce website to buy anything.

After waiting for 4 weeks my order wasn’t delivered. I tried to contact them yet I was completely snubbed. Customers support is a nightmare as they won’t respond to your complaint.

Placed an order over two weeks ago. Still haven't received anything, no one replies to emails and the phone number goes straight to voicemail.
I think this company is going into liquidation. Avoid unless you want to lose your money.
