Customer service
Customer service? Terrible. They list an item on their website, saying it's not in stock. Fine. I order, and after getting the notice that it's backordered, I never hear a word back from them. After wasting over a month I gave up and just bought the same item for less on eBay. Should've just done that from the beginning. This shop still thinks it has no competition, because they don't seem to be trying very hard to win new customers.
