I wasted my money and I didn't receive the item ordered.

I placed an order on April 14th and I paid $4.99 for expedited delivery in 5-7 business days. I received a tracking number to follow the shipping. The only track info there is on USPS is that the item was shipped from Fremont, CA on April 21st. There is no way to get other tracking information, I talked by email with the customer service and they still say to have patience … today is May 6th and I didn't receive my order and still no tracking information.
I think that 5-7 business days since April 21st are gone. I don't think that I will receive my order.
I wasted my money, I will never buy again in the future from Go Custom Phone Cases !!!
