Impressed with how this company operate, they contact you when they say they will and customer services are professional and efficient when contacted by email. I had an issue that required their help, given how companies often operate I was dreading the process, but Buzzvault were exceptional in their customer service- especially Roderick. Would recommend.

I joined Buzz Vault given the simplicity. It is so straight forward to understand. What's even greater than other providers is the ability to take pictures and upload them accordingly to prove what make, model, value of the item you have. The video call makes things more reassuring as this accurately logs everything for you instantly. Peace of mind. Now time to relax.

So far so good. Really supportive during the setting up process and home video went well even with my lack of skills in using a mobile phone for Face Time. Staff polite, patient and informative. Price also good. Will be even more impressed if I get my cash back.
