Absolutely ZERO customer service via…

Absolutely ZERO customer service via telephone. I had to use chatGPT to ascertain which lenses were best for my application and needs. There is no assistance regarding the shipment of my lenses to GoOptic. Directions come later after submitting payment, via email (I recall from previous purchase).
This aspect caused me some confusion and concern.

Terrible return policy even when they gave misleading information.

I ordered a pair of glasses that was described as being for adult women and spent over $400 thinking that I could return them if they didn't work. I got them and they were sized for someone smaller, like a child. When I called to tell them the problem I was told that I could get the cost of the frames refunded minus 15% but after a series of repeated questions on my part about the lenses I was told that they can't refund me for that which was about $325. Don't do business with this company!

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. Poor communication and extremely slow. I have been waiting almost a month and order is still processing. Misleading return policy too.

Great online store to find rare brands and excellent customer service

I've been searching far and wide for my noego glasses frame from France and my local store stopped carrying them. Noonne carries them but I found go-optic. I'm not too sure why all the negative reviews, my experience has been an excellent one, it took a few weeks as they mentioned from France and then a few days as they marked to ship to my door and it was packaged carefully and the frame was perfect. I can't wait my next order shortly and I can highly recommend them. I'll post an update on my next order shortly

Found them 6 years ago when looking for some place to buy the Shuron Ronsir Zyl frames I like. Fair pricing and quick shipment. I go to them to keep those frames in stock when I need to replace the pair I am wearing.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst! I will never buy from them again!!!! If everything goes good, it is fine. But if you have a problem they are ghosts! They sent me the wrong pair of glasses. Then they tried to charge me to send them back. Then they wouldn't send the new glasses until they received the wrong pair back. They didn't order the correct pair until the wrong pair was received back. It has been 5 weeks and there is still no sign of the glasses I ordered! I asked for expedited shipping since it has taken so long and they said they would charge me! They messed up and could care less to make it right. I have called in and they will not answer or call back. Just an email once a week. I couldn't be more frustrated.
