ordered a sprayer through B&Q

ordered a sprayer through B&Q, as it was through that platform it never occurred to me the product and supplier would be utter rubbish. I was laughable no power , leaks from every conceivable connection, no response from the supplier . B&Q will raise an incident, if that does not work I will have to get a refund through my credit card company. I wish I had checked them out in Trustpilot first! I have raised it with B&Q why they would risk their name allowing this crap to be sold using their platform. Again as per the other reviewers wish I could give no stars!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, AVOID IN THE FUTURE.

Purchased an item from them as a seller on B&Q's website and its been Hell trying to get a response and looking more and more likely that I will need to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get a refund for the damaged item they sent me. I won't be buying anything else from Dynergy in the future.

Green Haven failed product

I bought one of their Green Haven products a 5ltr powered garden sprayer. It completely stopped working within two months. I reported the failure twice but have had no response to either of my emails and no replacement.

Cheap rubbish from China

Don't respond to messages and simply don't want to know you once they have taken your money.
Sell tons of cheap crap from China on ebay under the name of MrClearanceUK
Bought some CUQOO chlorine tablets for our hot tub as they were slightly cheaper than others but don't waste your money they were rubbish and the whole family came out in a skin rash.

Bought a smart bracelet/watch via Groupon. Charged it up for longer than said and still no power. Instructions are sketchy at best. Cheap crap.... AVOID no matter how much.

No product Warranties - Buy at your own risk

(Very) long story sort: Bought six sets of solar lights in November, but did not put out in garden till June. Three out of the six sets stopped working properly within 30 days of use; probably because of the rain (they are sold as outdoor lights). I contacted the company asking for replacements since I had them for less than a year (8 months). They asked me to record a video that shows the fault and send it to them. I emailed all evidence they asked for. Dynergy then replied that they do not offer a warranty. After emailing them a copy of the consumer rights law, they said that they would normally send a replacement but only if a fault occured within six months - so bad luck for me. I told them that they cannot run away and deny me a replacement. After 10 more emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send me replacements. However, two days later they emailed me again that the solar lights were out of stock and therefore no replacement would be sent. At the same time, anyone can place an order and buy the very same solar lights on their webpage - They had no problem lying to my face. One of my worst purchases and companies to deal with.

Didn't revieve full order, now being ignored.

I purchased solar lights through groupon.
In total I ordered 6 sets. They werent long enough so i ordered another 6 but only recieved 2 sets so made contact to be given the runaround several times then to be told they had been delivered. A photograph of delivery was provided of the 2 sets i recieved!
They are now ignoring me.
I have asked groupon to get involved to try rectify.
If no solution is found i will contact action fraud about this company.

Edit: Groupon are taking no responsibility, told me to contact the 3rd party. So frustrating.

I wish I could have put no star, but it won’t let you comment.
Do not use this company. You will pay for a product that does not arrive, then they say they will refund you but money is not transferred into your account.

Sent me the wrong item (twice)

Sent me the wrong item. After contacting customer support I was sent a replacement which was the wrong item again. These people don't know their asses from their elbows. Do yourself a favour, give them a miss.

Ordered a 30L travel bag through…

Ordered a 30L travel bag through groupon wish I hadn’t as received a fly screen, emailed Dynergy and got a response asking me to send a photo of wrong goods supplied which I have done, have not heard anything back from them so have emailed again.
Quick enough to take your money and fob you off with some cheap item which you have not ordered and no way to return it.
Let’s see if they respond to this

I brought Self Heating Magnetic Knee Support from this company through Groupon. The Knee pads does not provide heat and was not supportive. It didn't do what it was advertised to do. I have been in contact with Groupon and Dynergy for weeks. When I receive email from the merchant who is Dynergy, i would reply back, and then nothing else from Dynergy after the email. So I am constantly chasing Groupon and Dynergy for my money. All I want to do is return the Knee pads and get back my refund. Give me back my money

I ordered a baby swaddling blanket that was advertised as up to 12 months. What arrived in the post was basically cotton wool in a vacuum pack bag! Absolutely disgusted that such company is allowed to trade. Returned item...which was a mission to find out how and still not received item. TOTAL SCAM!

3 months on... no goods, no refund.

3 months on... 3 emails, a letter by registered post (received) asking for a refund within 7 days (at the suggestion of Citizens Advice)a and a reply to this company's response to my initial review, I'm still out of pocket. I'd write off the £20 if it wasn't for the fact that I can see others are still having the same experience. They're breaking the law (Consumer Rights Act).

Ordered in Dec 21 and never arrived

I ordered a wooden puzzle in December 2021 and have not heard anything since. I paid £33.98 for Order Number #2315 and have emailed the company numerous times without receiving a response. I would recommend that no one orders from this company.
