Absolutely dreadful company. A client of theirs hit my car in August in a service station in France. He initially drove off before pulling into a parking spot.
He caused a lot of damage to the rear of my car. I contacted this company to see if they would pay towards my repairs as it was their clients fault. They did an investigation and said they would pay 50%. This all happened in August. It’s now December!!! If I email them I never get a reply until I send about 20 emails over and over again.
I’m sure that, even though their client caused this accident and broke the law by not stopping initially, he will now be driving around in a shiny car that was repaired months ago by this company and was paid for in full and mine is still damaged 🤬🤬🤬

Sick of dealing with this company & other companies like it which treat their customers appallingly. They change the rules, they don't communicate effectively & they just waste your time.
Basically I've had nothing but trouble accessing my online account since it was set up. Since beginning July 2022 I have had problems logging in & have had to contact them to get them to send me a password reset email and we just go round and round in circles.
Nobody on their side actually FIXES anything. Otherwise I wouldn't have had to contact them on at least TWO other occasions to get into my account.
But this last time really takes the biscuit. For a week now I've been communicating with them about the fact that I'm trying to get a temporary password sent to me by email because I can't access the account.
When I went through the "I've forgotten my password" process I noticed that the telephone number they displayed was my landline - not my mobile. So I went for the other option.
I kept using their system to automatically send me an email - nothing happened. I cannot then repeat the request for another 48 hours - but I get no email. Twice this has happened now and I am no further forward ONE WEEK LATER. How complicated is this? Send me an email with a temporary password! I am just wasting my time.
Finally yesterday I get a message saying that because my telephone number is not a mobile number then they have to send me paper correspondence. I don't want paper correspondence. I don't know which address it is going to. If it is the currently unoccupied address, it is in an apartment block and anybody could get their hands on the letter. I specifically said at the start I did not want paper correspondence. So they send me paper correspondence! Unbelievable!
They changed the rules about passwords. Did they notify me? Did they notify all their customers they had changed the rules now? Especially those people who had issues getting into their account previously. No. And what century is this company in that we have reverted BACK to paper correspondence?
I've asked the person I am communicating with to give me the contact details so that I can raise a complaint. THREE TIMES I have asked for details so that I can send a complaint.
No response.
You say you want to raise a complaint and they just ignore you!?
I've told them that if their letter compromises the integrity of my account or payment details on my account, I will be taking further action.
In the meantime, I am not renewing my contract in June. Never again. What would be the point in renewing my house insurance for another year when I can't access my account without contacting them first?
