Fantastic customer service … I brought beautiful lights but my painter lost the screws when he took them down and the customer service were really happy to replace 🥰 beautiful lights that still look amazing 4 years later

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered four pendant lights, all of which arrived perfectly packaged and in flawless condition. I had a few questions along the way, and the responses were incredibly quick and helpful.

The quality of the pendant lights is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. Excellent service throughout — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I purchased these light 2 months ago . Fitted it few days ago. The color exactly as its showing in the adv . I was unsure which color yo purchase as its all gorgeous. The survise is 5/5 . Packing is excellent. Post card from the team .... I love all the details

The lights are hand made to order and the colours available with the lamp shades are not available elsewhere. Great artisan service.

These wall lights are absolutely gorgeous and look lovely up. The only downside is you cannot buy the shades on their own to put on other lights because they are so lovely.

We purchased 2 x joules lights. I was unsure about a couple of things. My queries we answered expertly and promptly. The lights arrived in 2 days! They look lovely but haven’t put them in situ yet..I can fully recommend this company for its customer service and quality of product..

We visited the showroom which was very helpful. The first light we chose was too small and it was returned and refunded very quickly. The new Mabel light is beautiful, a stunning centre piece above the stair case. Highly recommend. Excellent quality.

Such a joy to deal with a genuine company, based in the UK, with quality products. Ordered 3 x pendant lights for above a kitchen island after an online appointment which was super helpful. They actually arrived before Christmas as I left it to the week before to order! I also chose the wrong ceiling roses and they were super quick to send replacements. I can’t praise this company enough for the way it operates. The products are more expensive than those that are mass produced but it’s so worth spending a little more on quality lighting. I’m so happy with our lights. Thank you Glow Lighting.

I absolutely love my Glow lighting lights. I had several communications with Emily who was incredibly helpful. They send samples of the wiring and metal fixings so that you can be sure your colour scheme works. The shades are very good quality.

I purchased a glass ceiling pendant from Glow. The first one arrived smashed to pieces which the company sent a replacement for, however, the second one is faulty as it is impossible to get it to hang straight. This is fundamentally an issue with the product, but so far I have not had any response from Glow to my complaint. I’m now stuck with a light fixture which looks ridiculous and will have to be replaced with something else.

I had been looking for ages for lights for our staircase. I wanted something a little out of the ordinary and it seemed impossible to find. And then I found Glow Lighting in Ripon. Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me great advice. Their samples of glass and flex were excellent . My light arrived within 3 weeks of ordering and was well wrapped and arrived within good easily understandable instructions. The electricians who put up the light cluster were very impressed with both the quality and standard of the product. The 5 cluster light looks amazing. I am so pleased and just wish I had found Glow Lighting sooner.

Wow Wow Wow!! I am over the moon with the pendants I recently bought from Glow Lighting. Hand made on site and just perfect. The quality is amazing and the team were so helpful and friendly it was a great buying experience and the pendants look so good they bring a smile to my face daily. I would highly recommend this company.

Incredible customer service - with Emily and Charlotte. Beautiful hand-made blue glass lights over the kitchen peninsula. Quite a lot of white in the kitchen, so pleased the blue glass creates contrast. Would definitely use again. Also, pleased to support a local business!

After a long and eagerly awaited new bathroom, I found some lights on Glow Lighting which would be just perfect to finish things off. Due to my exacting standards (!) I contacted Glow Lighting very late in the project, when my electrician was only going to be around for another day or so.
When i explained to Glow Lighting that due to my fussiness I was now on the last minute, they were super helpful and did everything they could to get me the correct solution.
The shades I wanted were currently still being blown and so they sent me the actual light fitting first, which meant that my electrician could fit the light and then when the shades were complete, I could add them myself.
The shades arrived really well protected and they look absolutely stunning over my free standing bath.
I would definitely recommend this company for quality and customer service!

I am extremely pleased with the large cluster lighting that I have bought from Glow Lighting. I was looking for feature lighting for our new staircase and had looked at so many different options in other places but found nothing as lovely. The advice that I received during the purchase process was really helpful - the combination of the clear, ribbed and fine ribbed shade catches the light beautifully. I would never have thought of the 3 different cable colours to align with my curtain - I love the combination, and the bronze ceiling plate.

Brought some lights for the over the island in the kitchen. They are beautiful and everyone is saying how lovely they are. Easy to fit and adjust height. Great service from the team. Some Bertie shades for our dining area were slightly delayed (as being hand blown) but the team kept me informed and in the end they came a week earlier than predicted. Well packaged so arrived safely

We recently bought lights for several rooms in our renovated farmhouse from Glow. They are absolutely lovely the handmade glass gives a fantastic colour and is just as good in daylight. Many people have commented on how they complement our decor.
We enjoy being able to get such reasonably priced excellent quality products made in England.
We had a problem when one of the lights was lost which turned out to be our fault but the people at Glow couldn’t have been more helpful.
I would happily recommend this company, buy British.
