Global Supply Store is a sham
Global Supply Store is a sham, took my order and money and never communicated shipping information or order comfirmation. Called the 800 customer service line, instructs to email for 24 hours response, never heard anything after numerous attempts. Stay away!!!!!!

Hello James Kirkland. I apologize no one got back in touch with you. However, we promptly shipped your item and delivered it under tracking number 1Z0638360361682695 and UPS states the item was delivered on Tuesday, 03/13/2018 at 2:03 P.M.
Then , after the item was delivered, you called Paypal and open a case against us for "non-receipt". Looks to me like either someone stole your package from your front door, in which case you need to call UPS and open up a case with them, or, you are trying to get a free item.
We just responded to your claim on Paypal and gave them proof that we delivered your item to the address on your order.
We are not a sham, we've been in business for 10 years. Check out our Ebay store with 100% positive reviews going back to 2011!
Took my money then never heard from them
Took my money then never heard from them for a week. After 3 emails they cancelled my order and I'm still awaiting a refund. No explanation!

We did not "take your money". Your order was flagged by our fraud filters as fraud because neither the billing address nor the billing zip code nor the CCV code on the back of the card matched. We emailed you to let you know the order had been cancelled.
The authorization was voided and you know it. We explained it via email when we cancelled your order.
Double check your information because no one of it matched what the bank has on file for that card.
