Your Global Shop representative Kia has a terrible bedside manner

I was connected with a global shop customer services representative called Kia who didn’t have the best manner wasn’t very patient and was quite clip, would talk over top of me and she told me this is the last time I am giving you this information, there was definitely a defensiveness coming through and it made me reluctant to continue with my questions.
The day and time of the incident was 30 December 2025 at 11 am New Zealand time.
I information regarding my query was very vague.
It was a very unpleasant phone call.

Grease Police

Grease Police

The advert on TV shows someone spraying the spray called Grease Police on cookers, car wheels & a whole other range of items & them wiping it off with a cloth.
First of all it doesn't work on anything, wait I should clarify that, it does work to a certain extent but NOT to the degree they show on the advert.
The first direction is to spray it on whatever you're cleaning BUT leave it for 15 minutes, by which time the solution is dry.
I tried it on our oven, like the advert, but it was no good. I cleaned the oven with Sodium Bicarbonate in a paste.... no need for chemical sprays.
The delivery took 2 months & to say I'm disappointed is an under statement, now I can't return it.
As I write this the advert is on TV now.......

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company. They advertise their goods constantly on tv. If I could I would rate this as nought. I ordered goods from them and it took 11 working days for them to get the goods out of their warehouse and onto a courier. When I queried the delay via email several times all I got was a automated reply that that is the normal waiting time. I will not deal with them again.
