No friction just lack of clear directions .. how to , had to call back twice to gain information required

This company have broken data protection - sent all my passwords and logins over email without my asking or wanting them to and then low and behold a day later 45k is missing and now they are saying either my error or been hacked my end and looking into liability! Shocking does not even cover it!

Transaction was undertaken swiftly within 2days to my bank in Spain.

Very easy to use, what a wonderful service with a very quick delivery of my funds that's what I call a 5 Star service.

Very straight forward and prompt service. Just about competitive on the rates.

The service was efficient as usual, however the exchange rate was no0t as good as those being offered elsewhere, as unfortunately I found out later.

Thank you so much for your seamless professionalism during the potentially nerve racking process of transferring ones assets. Mike Abbott was fantastic in allaying any fears during the whole thing with his patience and diligence - it was much appreciated.

Very bad service very slow to send funds out, in fact lie to you. Rates are high unless you haggle over the rates. Would definitely not recommend this currency exchange house there are plenty hungry for business with much better service.

The phone is always answered promptly and my requests dealt with swiftly. No waiting around for figures, just straight answers. Followed up by a return email.

What more do you need? The staff, despite changes over the years, are always attentive and efficient. The rates of exchange are competitive, paperwork and transfers clear and up to speed.

Although it took a few emails to attract their attention, once i had it the service was excellent. No problem with my already being overseas when I needed to make a currency purchase and transfer. All went very smoothly and efficiently. Many thanks, I will be back.

The help guide on the platform is not helpful really and has no real detail, as a IT Trainer i could create a guide that is meanfull to customers.
