Customer service is at an all time low! I cant say it for all the people taking orders over the phone, But SOME cant even tie their own shoe! Its like they just don't give a S#@% to take the time to get things RIGHT ! Good luck and get ready to pay all kinds of up charges that they wont tell you about when you order with them.

Paid $318 shipping to have shelves delivered - and they sent them a garbage carrier (Jackson) and for 3 days they show "out for delivery" - now they show "in transit" again so I contacted Global and they contacted the garbage carrier they chose who lied and said they tried to deliver yesterday (we are a retail store, someone was here 7:30AM-6PM yesterday and we have cameras). Now Global says it will take 24-48 hours to get me an update. If it is "free shipping", sure, use whatever garbage carrier you want. But when I'm paying and you don't allow me to chose the carrier, how about you not choose garbage?

Impossible to return an unopened item
I bought 2 flood stop to be installed on the water heater. Plumber said it I ordered a model that wouldn't work. Items are sealed. Tried to return 4x but they kept saying they would send the return label but never sent. Had to open a case in the credit card.

Does not allow timely cancellations
I placed an order then cancelled less than two hours. Two hours after my cancellation request they created a shipping label, despite the order being listed as in cancellation requested status on their website. Then several hours later they took it to UPS to ship. They have no live telephone options and no online chat option to discuss the order, despite the outward appearance of having both available to customers. There is no reason an order has to be shipped several hours after it is cancelled.
where's my order?
I ordered product October 14 and received acknowledgement with expected delivery of 10/23. This continued to be delayed and I received communication it would be delivered 12/8. The order just arrived today (1/9). And of course the item is not returnable. Really really bad that they don't have more accurate information when I was choosing to order from them rather than another company that would have delivered the items when I needed them. Bad processes, bad communication, all around bad.
Unreliable Delivery
I ordered a tool at a great price with a delivery date within two weeks, which was a long time but doable for my project. After two weeks, the delivery date was pushed back three times meaning that I still might not receive the needed tool with in a month.

Complete BS. They claim to sell a high amp hour EGO battery that EGO doesn't even make, then customer service blows smoke up my butt with lies that I catch (then he backtracks and tries to act authoritative without any explanation of his previous bogus lie).

I purchased a water bottle filler from them under their brand, Global Industrial. Worst decision. Constantly leaked overnight, needed to be replaced multiple times, filters don't work, and if you complain to customer support they'll just say "well you're past your warranty" when the entire year+ I've had to deal with it constantly leaking. I even asked for a promo or any help on buying a different brand on their website - they just ghosted me. No response whatsoever. They're the worst.

Well you had what I needed I went and looked at other sites they didn't have what I needed you have the Delrin rod 7/16 in a foot long and that's all I needed so that made it great however ordering it was somewhat tedious because I didn't want to go through having to get signed up to the company so there should be a site to bypass all that and just order what you need

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered five of the same size cabinet. One of the cabinets was the wrong size and another was dropped by the shipping company during delivery. After three weeks of emails there is no resolution and no narrative of how Global Industrial will replace the cabinets. Very disappointing service.
