We had sent a box of cloths from Bangalore to Melbourne. Australia in the second half of Feb 2025. A Global India Express employee has packed our clothes in a card board box and then had sealed the box with a wide tape.

When the box reached the destination, we found that one brand new jacket (priced at about 5000 INR) is missing.

When complained to the company in the first week of March, there was no concrete help on the issue; only the lip service. Their response to our email reminders was always like “Dear Customer, We are still working with counterparts. Please wait.”. They simply passed days without any resolution.

Inadvertently they let us know that the dimensions of the box had changed at destination. Which means the complete box was opened and the cloths were transferred into another box.

We asked for the weight of the box when it was delivered. There was no response to this query. A truly professional company would have shared the sticker on the box at the time of delivery.

They claim they’re ISO 9001 compliant. But when we checked, we didn’t find them listed at the iafcertsearch, a website which lists all the ISO 9001 compliant companies.

We therefore think this is not a company which you should trust with. Don’t send your stuff with them anywhere. You will likely lose at least some of it.

Fraudsters the lot of them. No ethics and no clarity on shipment status. Promised delivery from Bangalore to New Zealand in 10 days, has been over 15 days today and still no news of the package. If you want peace of mind, please avoid these buggers. They don't even have the basic courtesy to respond to their customers and their customer support is clueless. All the below reviews are fake. Roushan Sinha does not respond to calls. Nagarajan does not even know how to speak to customers. The worst and most Pathetic service!!!

I received my package not only ahead of schedule but also exceptionally well packed. Nagarajan was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even though I had the tracking link and website, he went above and beyond by consistently messaging and keeping me updated until the package arrived. I won't be seeking any other service in the future. Thank you so much for your service, Nagarajan.

Its a Fraud Company, DO NOT USE THEM!
We had packed our shipment in a proper hard box and had organised all items in it properly. Their Head office people randomly packed everything due to which all our Indian dry masala packages were broken and spread across clothes and other valuable items. Upon raising a compliant they kept saying that they have raised a complaint with DHL UK and will soon update us. It's been more than 3 months now but no update after chasing them several times. The package value was about Rs 20,000 which was all destroyed due to their stupid staffs carelessness. Ashok Mishra, Pramod Kumar, Roushan Sinha these are fraudsters associated with this company. Do not use them if you want your items to reach abroad safely.

Global India express service has become very pathetic now, they have changed their partners and are unable to track my package now.Package was sent to Australia and after repeatedly calling Global Indian express team - unable to get the information about the expected delivery date of my package. Highly pathetic service and customer is uninformed

Recently booked their courier service from india to germany.they have promptly arranged the pick up ,neatly packed and processed and delivered .Mr.nagaraj coordinated us through out the process and made things hassle free

Timely delivery of parcel with reasonable price

I have booked courier through Global india express on 2nd July from bangalore to germany. I have told it will take 10-15 days max but i received package after 25 days, damaged items , spoilt !! i reported to customer care however, they dont bother to respond after booking courier spontaneously. Even after month now, they have not processed my claim for damages, excuse they give is they exclude weekends from delivery dates, well if courier is in transit it will not stop on weekends! this courier service is way too expensive for service they provide having used others, its mistake to choose them!! i have used other courier service which are far reliable in terms of packaging and delivery time , but Global express is horrible , better to stay away from these frauds.

I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to UK and have received it in good condition. It was professionally packed and delivered.
Though it took little more time (due to long weekend I guess) but Mr Nagarajan have supported all my queries on time.

GIEPL is a very trustworthy courier for international consignments out of India. I have been using them for parcels to the US and have found their pricing is very competitive and the customer service is excellent. I will continue to use them in future too.

i have used global india express to send a courier from delhi to italy. the courier arrives in two weeks without paying any additional custom duty. Global india express gives me better price then other. staff was very helpful specialy Alpana help me alot they packed the courier very well i have received in a very good condition without any damage. next time i will used global express
