Awful AVOID

These guys do the chips on wristbands for festivals etc. You preload credits, and then spend on food and beer etc so that the bars/shops are cashless. Great idea you say...
Until you leave the festival with some cash left on your chip... and try to get it back.
No response from email, chat bot, facebook or phone. And you have a 2 week limit on getting cash back... so when that times out the money is forfeited.
There is a list of steps to get the refund on the website... but that isn't working, which is why I need support... no response forthcoming.
