AVOID THIS GESTOR AT ALL COST
1. They charged us EUR 50 for a consultation but NEVER said one word of the cost until AFTER the consultation.
We walked in from the street to enquire about their services for starting a business and getting a visa and the secretary quickly set an appointment for us to return and meet with the Gestor.....of course nothing was said about their EUR 50 fee just a meeting.
We called back a couple hours later and changed the appointment to an earlier time......nothing was said.
We showed up ON TIME and waited for 20 minutes......nothing was said. ONLY after the meeting was this subject brought up. Extremely deceptive practice these guys are running.
2. So I thought I would be generous (they are Spanish) and forgive them. So I hired them to obtain my NIE for EUR 120. There were some known reasons for that I might not be able to obtain my NIE which we discussed. My exact email to the secretary was "I do not want to just waste/gamble EUR 120 if you aren't confident you can get it."
After going together with the Gestor (Maribel) to the police station we talked with the govt employee for approx 5 minutes before it became apparent they were not going to give me a NIE. She (the Gestor) then dismissed me so she could stay and handle another clients file. I would have been better off flushing EUR 120 down the toilet.
Long story short they were not able to obtain my NIE and, of course, would not return the EUR 120 or even a portion of it.
I would STRONGLY advise all foreigners to avoid this place. There are so many Gestor's out there doing business the correct way there just isn't any reason to deal with this type of service.
