Follow-up on Order #IN157921 – Request for Refund
I am writing to follow up on my order (#IN157921) placed on October 23, 2023 (Order: NAGUIKYUS). I have been waiting for quite some time to receive the figurine I purchased for €31.58, but unfortunately, it has not arrived.

Given the delay, I kindly request at least a refund for this purchase.

I am a bit reassured to see that many others are facing big troubles with this company.
I ordered a figure for about $90 over a year ago and it never got delivered to me and after multiple follow ups they refused to help me ...even were rude. But just discovered that they are going bankrupt so I guess I'll never receive my figure or money...damn.

I preordered 2 figures in 2023. At first I was understanding when they told me that they will send them to me when the second one which got delayed by the factory arrives. I doubt I will ever get my money back or the figures now that the company died.

Scammers. Never got my 200 euros back from a preorder.

I'm selling most of my collection out of need and they have no idea how much the 190€ they scammed from me would help my family right now. I've been complaining to the bank, to consumer websites, on social media, google... I didn't let 6 full months pass but there isn't anything anyone can do. The money is on their side and they won't give it back. I should've just used PayPal. Been trying to contact them since June of 2024 with no success. I would love to take them to court, if I was in Spain right now, I would.

Stopped replying to emails, closed down website, kept my money. Simple theft. Another company with no honour.

Ordered figures 1 year ago, fully paid, should have been shipped in october, we are in december, wrote email and whatsapp, no aswer they vanished
Do not buy from this scammers anymore, I hope I can find my money, I still have open orders for 500€+ fully paid !!!

I pre-ordered a figure back in January 2024 that was due to release in around June or July. At the time of this review we are on December 2024 almost a year is going to pass and I have not received any news from these people. I messaged them many times and have the last response I got was that the figure got delayed until November. I am requesting a refund and after September/October , they have gone silent. DO NOT trust or buy from this site .

This review is unfortunately similar to many other experiences shared here.

I preordered a figurine at the beginning of the year, which was expected to arrive around June. On July 19, 2024, I contacted them for an update since, by that time, other shops in Europe were already selling the figurine in stock rather than as preorders. Their response was that they were facing delays with distribution (which, to me, suggests they have the items but cannot distribute them yet).

By the beginning of November, I expressed my frustration, stating that the delay had become unacceptable and requested a refund if they could not fulfill the order. At this point, they started ghosting me.

I plan to wait a few more weeks before escalating the issue by filing a complaint with the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform or Germany's European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Still waiting for any reply from an order made at the beginning of the year. No response at all, not email or WhatsApp support.

The first time I ordered everything went smoothly, but not this time. I ordered two figurines that have not even been prepared nor sent to me so I contacted them via the website, email and WhatsApp but I still didn't get an answer.

Pre-ordered an item last year which was due for release in March 2024 (this year). Heard nothing, kept looking back on the site which they are conscientious enough to keep changing the release window month by month. I have contacted them regarding the order, received one email saying that they don't have any updates. Now the website is claiming they are struggling yet still trying to fulfill orders. It's starting to look an awful lot like what happened to a British Company who went bankrupt and took £400 off my money without honouring the Pre-order. I do not recommend this company, they're trying to convince their customers they are not facing the inevitable unsuccessfully. They have almost €600 of my money and I have tried to cancel the order and I'm now being ignored. AVOID.

SCAMMERS, I had a preorder with them and they never sent, then proceeded to give me a coupon to spend on their in stock order and never sent it, not replying to my emails, nothing. They just stole money DO NOT order with them and sue if you can, I’m going to do so.

All of my pre-orders were massively delayed. Every time I asked for an update I was promptly fed a generic stringalong response of there being delays yet every other shop recieved the same items months prior. When I asked to cancel my orders, the company would ghost me and now it looks like they are taking off with the money which I am not expecting to be able to recoup in any capacity. 100% avoid and the website is a Scam.

Asked for a refund of 2 orders I have with them, so far not a single reply and they kept my money. Stay far away from them.

This store is 100% about to go under, stay away from them. I have contacted their provider (SD Distribuciones) on two figures I had on preorder (and paid over a year ago) from Global Freaks. According to the provider, the figures had been released, but they were never shipped to GF as they didn't pay the provider. If you have a preorder with them, try to claim your money in any way possible, and otherwise, do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Really bad experience with them. Ordered two figures in 2022 that were released end off 2023. Several months have passed and they never got in touch to communicate the delay. I contacted them last spring and they said they have delays in shipping. I gave them three more months a no communication or shipping. I am trying to at least get my money back since the figures will not be delivered. Eventually they cancelled my order at the end of August but they never refunded the money (more than 900€) or replied to my emails since then.
I am in touch with the European Consumers Union to get help receiving my money back.
I strongly recommend to not buy there.

I have placed an order on September 9th and it is still marked as "Preparation in process" since then and I was wondering if it was possible to have an estimation to when will it be shipped out ?

My order reference is ZBRQUPBZI , I think it was a pre-order that was estimated to be shipped around September 27th but the product isn't listed anymore on your website so I can't check back

If possible I would just like an estimation or more informations to when it will possibly be shipped out
