I had an awful experience with GleSYS

I had an awful experience with GleSYS.

As a new customer I created an account, set up an 'organisation' and related details within the GleSYS dashboard and then went to add payment details. Instead of having everything then set up and ready to go the organisation I had set up had vanished and had been totally deleted without any word or warning from GleSYS.

I reached out a number of times to their support but I never had a reply. The only time they replied was when I requested to delete my account, even then they refused to acknowledge the previous issue. If there was an issue, fine, let me know but they just ignored me which is both unprofessional and rude.

Great IaaS provider

Great IaaS provider, good control panel with vlan support for internal networking. Support can assist in uploading any kind of OS if it's not in templates or available ISO.

good alround hoster

i wanted for very long that there was a place where gentoo servers with ssh root access could be found, so far only glesys deliver that

only negative i have is that there hosting kernel is a bit old, but i solved this problem in gentoo so no problem
