The Gleap deliverability is…

The Gleap deliverability is questionable with high volume tickets. Many clients report not receiving replies to their inquires leading to poor interactions between the business and client. The Gleap search engine is also not very good and I can never find any previous tickets I’m looking for. I even use word for word and cannot find it. I miss zendesk.

The only customer service tool you need

I was on the quest to replace another service and stumbled upon Gleap. This is the best customer service tool on the market. From chat to AI assisted customer service you cant beat Gleap.

Excellent Value, Modern Support Tools, and Fair Pricing

Our experience with Gleap has been excellent. What stands out most is the combination of a modern feature set, simple pricing, and a model that does not punish growth with per-user fees. That has been a major advantage for us.

We moved from Intercom because the per-user pricing model became harder to justify as our team grows, and Gleap offered a stronger overall value for the features we actually needed. The platform gives us a practical mix of live chat, help desk functionality, customer self-service, automation, and bug tracking in one place, without feeling bloated or unnecessarily complex.

Another big plus is the pricing structure. Gleap feels much more aligned with the needs of growing businesses that want strong customer support tools without getting nickel-and-dimed every time another team member needs access.

Overall, Gleap has helped us create a more centralized, organized, and scalable support operation. It has been a strong solution for our business, and we would gladly recommend it.

An amazing product that exceeded our expectations

We used to use another solution that was much more expensive. And quite honestly, Gleap offers much more intuitive and useful features! Their support team is very responsive! A big thank you to Gleap. We recommend them without hesitation.

A support tool with great potential

I've been using it for a few months now - it's great to see that they're still adding new features and actively working on the product roadmap.

There are some small bugs and issues from time to time, but that's expected for such a new product.

Do not sleep on this company. They are doing GREAT things.

Gleap has given us a tremendous advantage in receiving and organizing customer feedback. Essential part of digital transformation and streamlining systems. The company is doing some groundbreaking stuff. With the granular analytics, the user interface, email and automation ability.

Gleap.io I can see competing with some many players in the industry for different uses, it's hard to pit a finger on how far they will take things.

They are FAST to get back to you. FAST to find solution to problems. GREAT user interface. INTUITIVE. Instant 'ah-hah' and 'ouuu' from clients means as a CTO, I have added another valuable tool for clients.

This company is NOT to be slept on. Take any promo, any discount, any offer they have. There is tremendous value in what they are bringing forward for troubleshooting, task management and feedback, and monitoring.
