UK project

UK project - several mistakes made by choosing not to follow our construction drawings and not deploying a project manager - worse - they refuse to admit any wrong doing - there is no balance to handling any complaint - just pushed away - then after protests about being double charged was told the price had increased / variations were invented / now refusing to complete work and provide warranty - worst business I have ever dealt with - rude / arrogant / no humility...
