I had just had surgery and couldn't walk well. Jonathan was really great about me throwing the keys from the balcony. He did a great job andI didn't have to ask to put the stickers back on the new windshield. The only issue was the insurance company had asked a Saturday installation. It was the reason I used your company and not the one I had used in the past. I spoke with a very nice lady (Janet, hope name is correct) who scheduled the appointment, but I received a call from an angry person, fussing that they had been overbooked and it was the weekend. She changed the appointment to Monday. I told her I didn't want Monday. I selected you because I could get it done Saturday. She said she would call me back, but I never got a call. I tried to schedule with the company I used before, but there Monday appt was now gone, so I kept this appt. As, I stated Jonathan provided excellent service.

Service from start to finish was good. They worked within my budget and was able to work with me to get the price that I could afford. The appointment was scheduled between 1-5pm Andrew H. Ended up showing up around 11am to do the job. He was fast and efficient. I will use this service if I ever have another broken car window. I recommend. 5 stars.

The repairman, Mike, called to let me know the timeframe he would arrive. He was able to make my appointment earlier than originally expected, which was nice. He repaired the glass efficiently and was nice.

Nice. Experience,, the tech did a great job, answerd all inquisitive questions..Id. go back. again ..Don't really want another cracked windshield, but if I do get another I'd go right back ..

Glass America was recommended by my insurance agent. Making an appointment was easy. Communication was very good.
I has two installs done on same day.
One was an insurance claim and the other was a car that I did not have coverage.
The new windshields were installed.

I initially got a crack filled in but decided to go with a full windshield replacement, both technicians were friendly and were on time. Great work and much better prices than the companies that spend a lot on marketing.
