I ordered Banobagi rejuvenating set and it has been amazing. I have acne prone skin and it’s always difficult to get products that also help with anti-aging. This set has worked well so far. Customer service of Glam Touch overall is very good, quick delivery and get some good samples of products to try. There was one cleansing oil from Jaseon that did not suit me and I could not return as there is no return policy for products that is opened and used once which is a bit annoying.

Products always arrive safely, website even helps you with picking out products suitable for your skin type / concern!

I order from this site for the second time and I really have a nice experience. They always make me happy with some new testers. 😊

I didnt received my order, i was surprised to get an email from Glam Touch saying that my package was returned by the postal service with no clear explanation on why it is returned, and a refund was issued. I was really disappointed because i was looking so hard for those products and was happy to see that i found a website that have stock and can deliver to my country but unfortunately it didnt happen, so sad.
