Brand and company to avoid - worst product quality - useless/ non-existent customer service
In 2021 I bought a new rowing machine, after six months the plastic shims and footrests started to crack and fall into pieces. I opened different support cases, wrote several emails had several calls with Mr Tobias Pürro, who told he would do the necessary. I am still waiting for an answer and a proposal on how to fix and make the rowing machine usable again. The only thing I get are unsolicited emails and promo's from Gladiator Fit on new products. Worst product quality worst support and customer service ever, don't recognize the swiss quality at all. 0 stars
