Failed to fix a problem twice
I brought my car (Peugeot E-2008) in TWICE to have it repaired. There is a problem where the car fails to initialize a charge when using a type 2 charger, but charges normally with a CCS charger. They failed to identify the problem, but charged for the inspection and servicing. The second time the car was left at their shop for three days. I called them six times during that time to ask if the car had been repaired. They never answered. Eventually they just sent me the bill for servicing the car and made no mention of the charging problem. They are extremely uncommunicative. I highly recommend having vehciles serviced and repaired elsewhere.
