I am a real estate broker of 22 years and a real estate photographer of 9 years. I started with a competitor’s camera as well as a few others.
When I was introduced to Giraffe360 Pro, I was amazed. The thoroughness of the products provided by one scan are incredible. I can provide my fellow Realtors with HDR Photos, ANSI accurate floor plans with sun movement, exciting fly-through videos, exquisite virtual tours, AI virtual staging, and so much more not to mention the social media products agents need.
If ever there was a reason to change cameras for real estate, this is it!

What a disappointment ! I was approach back in 2021 by a rep from Europe, and even though I am living in the United States, I am from France and I thought that it would be cool to support a european company while using a product that seems very interesting. I finally got my camera this year, few month back, and it has been a complete nightmare! First of all, the customer service is terrible, I kept having different reps reaching out to me and not even knowing what the previous rep had said, making the " not so welcome " process very confusing. Then a few weeks down the road, my access to the dashboard was literally canceled, my account was canceled, even though I had paid my dues, and was just waiting for someone to send me the next invoice of $191 , but nobody did, they just canceled my account for " inactivity ". How come, as I was actually working on a test project with uploads and trying the different features. Well, here the real reason ! They cancel my account, at $191 per month, then upsell it to $233, under the lame excuse that it was a " system error " and my account was canceled " by mistake " , then after I decided, reluctantly to go forward, the price was " adjusted " to $252 when they sent me the new contract , which i sign at this point just to be done with it. Oh but wait! it gets better! Today i received the invoice, and now i have to pay $512 !!! That's more than double the amount that i have ALREADY paid when the camera was shipped to me after i chose my monthly plan + addons, so why in the world would i agree to pay AGAIN ? For a mistake that was done on this company side, not mine, and I have to pay more money as a result ? Actually, I can go right now on their website and have a camera shipped to my house for under $250, so, AGAIN, why would I even consider to pay double, $512, for a product AND service already paid, so you guys can feel better about your complete lack of professionalism ? Like I said, what a disappointment ! I really encourage consumers to be cautious of these fraudulent and unethical tactics!

Hasan was super helpful when I uploaded more photos in error - he resolved it for me quickly and easily. Really recommend this camera and product. The service is brilliant.

The one stop shop for professional photography, with just one simple press of the button. Giraffe takes care of it all for you, from floor plan, to photos, to a virutal tour. For a typical 3 bedroom semi-detached house the photo shoot will take no more than 45 minutes, then all you do is bring the camera bag to the office, choose the upload option and let the software do the rest. One you have a Giraffe360 there is no other beast that will compare!

Giraffe360 is giving very good and fast service on all your questions. Also the product is very good.

The support team on the backend has always been responsive, kind, and accurate when I need assistance. For open concept floorplans the scans group the measurements into one and I need to have them split up to measure different sections. They have not let me down and have gotten faster to responding to my requests. Anmol, Sawa, and Hasan have curated a good team.

Just love our Giraffe 360 - best one on the market in my opinion! Customer service is excellent and they are always on hand to answer any queries.

Always incredibly helpful on their online chat. Have resolved countless ''user error'' issues for us promptly. Great Service :)

The product works fine for the job at hand. Do the calculation for the # of deals you need to keep up with per month in order to make the economics work out. Wish the camera was slightly better quality (low light rooms turn out dark), but works just fine. Ex: some sort of post-shot photo doctoring AI that enhances the brightness, at a very minimum? Seems like low hanging fruit from a software standpoint.

Customer Service was laborious. I was a client for 1.5 years, and the initial reply to my "account change request" was "i mean, a contract is a contract" from the sales guy... So be aware that you are locked into annual contract (which auto-renews each year for additional 12 months).

That being said, once my situation was escalated to management, the marketing department was willing to compromise and be fair about a continued plan to work with my situation.
