This site is a scam

This site is a scam, three emails ignored. Have lodged complaint with after pay .

Do not purchase from them . They have reuined my christmas.

We searched in the system and didn't find any order placed under the name of Silvian Stelian. Also we are an Australia company, while the reviewer is located in the UK. We trust this is not an authentic review.
===Update=======
We hence requested the person to provide additional information.
Upon receiving detail in terms of the order this person placed with us. Here is what we got:
1) A fake order number which is not inline with our order number format
2) An invalid phone number which is 11 digital number
3) An email that doesn't not match any order in our system.
4) A different name from Silvian Stelian but still doesn't have a matching order in our system

We will submit proof and report hostile negative review to Trust Pilot.

Trust Pilot replied back to us
"In this case, we’ve assessed the review for the reason you flagged it and determined that it follows our guidelines. Therefore, we’ll keep the review online.
Keep in mind, a reviewer who’s had a genuine experience may not have purchased anything. They could have made contact with your business another way, e.g. they may have browsed your website or had an online chat with your business."

How would someone who never purchased from us would review us a scam?

We decide not to use Trust Pilot's paid plan forever.

What a nightmare.

What a nightmare.

It takes forever for them to get you your order. The worst thing is how they do not bother to give any updates on the delivery at all. So frustrating I wish I did not place an order with them.

Still waiting for delivery of canvas

Ordered two large canvases on 28th October for $850. One has been delivered, the other has not. Despite repeated emails to Gioia, and the promise it has been re-sent to us, it still has not been delivered. Now, as at 4th December, they do not even both responding to my emails. Terrible service, and no guarantee you will ever get what you ordered.

We understand your disappointment with shipping. Shipping issue with courier could happen and we always communicate with the couriers on behalf of our customers to sort out. We received your email confirmation on 6th Dec 2023 that you have received the 2nd parcel. Luckily it was just a delay with courier.
Upon reviewing the customer support ticket and all the correspondence email, we can see that there was one business day delay in replying to your email around the end of Nov as our team was overloaded with the Black Friday orders and customer support tickets. We apologise for that! However I would like to clarify that we didn't, and wouldn't ignore such customer support ticket. Please feel free to escalate to management via email info@gioia.com.au if any delay in Customer Support happens next time.

Seven weeks later stil waiting for delivery.

I have ordered pictures from Gioia twice. The first time was a good experience but this 2nd time has just been a nightmare. I ordered two pictures, one was too big to be delivered to the post office. So Etsie said she'd get it delivered to my street address, but the delivery company said that they don't deliver to my area. (This is strange as that company delivers to the business next door.)
So after contacting Gioia several more times (18 emails between them and me so far) AND making a complaint via PayPal I am yet to see BOTH pictures. The smaller one was finally delivered last week- I only waited SEVEN weeks for it. (I'm five hours from Melbourne.) I guess the Paypal complaint encouraged them to finally deliver it.
But here is still no sign of the other bigger picture.
I don't even want that one now and just want a refund but they continue to ignore my request.
Ordered 11/5/23 now 3/07/23
Really would not take a chance on this company.

After ordering numerous pieces from this company 4 plus actually
My last order was delayed
The man at customer service was very understanding and I believe was genuine in solving this problem.
Final response via customer service not the Manager
Not rheir words
Got your money too bad
Blame the delivery on Covid
Not your time management skills.
Would strongly advise consumers never order through this company.
As mentioned I have orderes numerous art pieces before
Whoever is the Manager needs training.
Keep the customer happy.

Overall am happy

Overall am happy, the colours are what I'm after. I didn't realise it is a print on canvas. Thought it was a painting on canvas - would of been much nicer and the price was on the higher end, so would of liked it to be a painting. Needed to read finer print. Perhaps the description could say "print" not "Artwork".
Service excellent.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from start to finish, no hiccoughs whatsoever. Delivery was even quicker than first expected and the product itself 1st class, so happy I'm looking at ordering another one very soon.
