4 minute microwave carbonara

I called in here during shopping, in Plaza mar dos, Alicante. I ordered a drink and a spaghetti carbonara. The drink and carbonara arrived within 4 minutes. I tasted it and it was bland, not that hot and the spaghetti under cooked. I asked the waitress after the first mouthful if it had been made in the microwave and she said no, in the pan. If it was from the pan, it would have been much hotter. Spaghetti takes around 8 to 10 minutes to cook. You cannot make a fresh carbonara in 4 minutes. I ordered a side of garlic bread, which never arrived. The waitress told me she had forgotten and went on to blame the table next to me that had just left, as she was having a problem with them. 🤦‍♂️ I suggest you avoid this place.
