So far - brilliant!

I originally bought this company's Fermented Ginseng product via Amazon UK. Then they stopped selling it via Amazon. I was a bit wary of buying from a company in Europe which few people know nothing about, but I decided to go ahead, as the product is simply marvelous.
Although I have only used them once, they were extremely good. Delivery was fairly slow - I think it took a couple of weeks. I think their products come from South Korea but they are sent out from the Czech Republic. They sent a despatch email with tracking which was helpful.
I found that they reply to any emails very quickly - and no problems understanding English!
Their products are really really good and genuine.
I also got some free samples which were appreciated.
